I think by changing one's routines and behavior like drinking loose tea or coffee from stainless steal mocha pots instead of relying on machines full of plastics, one can substantially reduce one's individual microplastics exposure. But you need to be as consistent as possible which is unfortunately hard in today's polluted world.
