RE: Why FPV drone controllers are confusing for gamers. The left and right stick are basically reversed compared to a gamepad / xbox / ps5 controller. That adds to the confusion.

That's quite interesting, I actually never thought about that.
Even though I've played a lot of games like GTA on consoles with controllers, I did not question the "inverted" controller when I got my first drone.
Now I'm wondering what it would've been like, to have the joysticks the other way around. I think switching it around now, after getting used to the current layout, would probably just feel weird, though.

Yeah, once you get used to it, it is hard to change the layout again, but think it would be more logical for gamers to have it the other way round.
