In dieser Folge des Music University-Podcast geht es darum, warum Marnie Aramruck nach zehn Jahren als Inhaberin einer erfolgreichen Eventagentur entschloss, die Firma an den Nagel zu hängen, um mit ihrer eigenen Musik durchzustarten. Über das Mindset, das Ganze in Eigenregie von der Produktion bis zum Release selbst zu verwirklichen, warum das Konzept von einzelnen Single-Releases im Jahr 2020 wahrscheinlich die bessere Wahl ist und über den Mut, das zu tun was einen glücklich macht - auch wenn sich dafür andere Türen schliessen müssen.
Marnie Aramruck betrieb 10 Jahre lang ihre eigene Event-Agentur "eventhorizont" an drei Standorten & mit 64 freiberuflichen Musikern und bis zu 300 Auftritten pro Jahr. Darüber hinaus war sie in den 6 selbst kreierten Konzeptbands auch selbst als Musikerin und künstlerische Leiterin tätig.
Durch gezieltes Marketing, insbesondere durch Einsatz von Social Media und viel Herzblut, hat sie mit Engelsgleich den erfolgreichsten Hochzeitschor im deutschsprachigen Raum gegründet und mit über 25 Mio. Klicks auf YouTube zum Erfolg geführt. In 2017 haben sie bei Universal Music einen Plattenvertrag unterschrieben.
Heute definiert sich Marnie neu als Moderatorin, Sprecherin & vor allem als Sängerin mit ihren eigenen Songs. Die erste Single ist bereits veröffentlicht, weitere werden eine nach der anderen folgen - alles in Eigenregie!

About the mindset of doing the whole thing yourself, from production to release, why the concept of individual single releases in 2020 is probably the better choice and about the courage to do what makes you happy - even if you are have to close other doors for this.
Marnie Aramruck ran her own event agency "eventhorizont" for 10 years at three locations and with 64 freelance musicians and up to 300 performances per year. In addition, she was also active as a musician and artistic director in the 6 self-created concept bands.
Through targeted marketing, in particular through the use of social media and a lot of passion, she has founded the most successful wedding choir in German-speaking countries with Engelsgleich and led it to success with over 25 million clicks on YouTube. In 2017 they signed a record deal with Universal Music.
Today Marnie defines herself as a presenter, speaker & above all as a singer with her own songs. The first single has already been released, others will follow one after the other - all on our own!
