Der eine hat Meniskus, der andere ist erkältet, die dritte einen dicken FInger und die vierte einen Tennisarm. Somit bin ich alleine auf dem Bike, alleine im Gym und alleine beim Klettern. Nur der Hund macht alles mit :)
Die Radrunde am Alsterradweg habe ich erweitert und bin durch diverse Forste und Moore gefahren. Ein tolles Erlebnis und das quasi direkt vor der Haustür. Knappe 60 Kilometer full body Workout auf dem Bike. Das Wetter hier im Norden hält sich tapfer und spendet mehr Sonne als der Wetterbericht vorhersagt.
