Personally, I believe that solving a problem starts with taking the time to truly understand it—asking the right questions, looking at the situation from different perspectives, and not rushing into the first solution that comes to mind.
Good approach, first and most important step is to understand and accept the problem in order to solve it.

I pray about everything and that doesn’t stop me from using my brain and sourcing out other means when I have actually understood the problem and source. Prayer works all the time even for directions to real and practical problems. So yes, I try praying

All of us friends do this too. We go to a hotel at night and drink tea there and get some relief by discussing each other's problems.

I think that calming the mind first really helps to fix the problems
