Las películas basadas en hechos de la vida real pueden ser inspiradoras, aterradoras, conmovedoras en fin pueden causar o mover en nosotros diferentes sentimientos y emociones, no soy de las que ama este tipo de género, soy mas de fantasía, ciencia ficción, acción, pero a veces me encuentro con buenas películas porque mi madre o esposo las eligen, así fue como encontré esta película que mi madre eligió para ver y que vengo a compartir hoy con ustedes.
Kidnapping In Cleveland/ Secuestro En Cleveland
Basically this movie tells the story of three young women who were kidnapped by a man in Cleveland, Ohio, USA these young women spent 10 years locked in the house of his captor, without the neighbors of this, realized, managing to escape from the place thanks to an oversight of this.
Now, what was it that I liked and impact of this raw film, we see that the first of the kidnapped named Michelle Knight, is part of a dysfunctional family, has lost custody of his son and desperately wants to recover it and must go to court to a hearing to recover it, as his mother did not arrive decides to walk, not to be late, When she enters a store to ask for directions she finds Ariel Castro, who is the father of one of her friends, he kindly offers to take her to the place, but first he tells her to look for a puppy to take as a gift to her son, she accepts, trusting her friend's father, but when she arrives at Ariel's house, he subdues her and locks her in a room.
Básicamente esta película narra la historia de tres jóvenes que fueron secuestradas por un hombre en Cleveland, Ohio, EEUU estas jóvenes pasaron 10 años encerradas en la casa de su captor, sin que los vecinos de este, se dieran cuenta, logrando escapar del lugar gracias a un descuido de este.
Ahora bien, que fue lo que me gusto e impacto de esta cruda película, vemos que la primera de las secuestradas de nombre Michelle Knight, forma parte de una familia disfuncional, ha perdido la custodia de su hijo y desea recuperarlo desesperadamente y debe ir al juzgado a una audiencia para recuperarlo, como su madre no llegaba decide ir caminando, para no llegar tarde, y al entrar a una tienda para pedir indicaciones encuentra a Ariel Castro, quien es padre de una de sus amigas, este amablemente se ofrece a llevarla al lugar, pero primero le dice que pasen buscando un cachorrito para llevarlo de regalo a su hijo, ella acepta, confiando en el padre de su amiga, pero al llegar a la casa de Ariel, este la somete y la encierra en una habitación.
Thus begins the agony of this young woman who spent almost a year being abused by this man, and it is here where I stop to make a parenthesis, to remember that most cases of sexual abuse are committed by people close to the victim, people in his circle or close to him. Now, returning to the film Michelle, almost a year after her kidnapping, tied up and continuously raped, is surprised to see that one day Ariel Castro, arrives with another young woman to the place, who became the second of the kidnapped Amanda Berry and later brought Gina DeJesus. These young women managed to survive thanks to the fact that they supported each other and managed to create fraternal bonds.
Así comienza la agonía de esta joven quien paso casi un año siendo abusada por este hombre, y es aquí donde me detengo para hacer un paréntesis, para recordar que la mayoría de casos de abusos sexuales son cometidos por personas cercanas a la víctima, personas de su círculo o cercanas al mismo. Por ello es importante que alertemos a nuestros niños y jóvenes para que estén atentos y nos comuniquen cualquier trato extraño o insinuación por parte de alguien, por mas cercano que este pueda ser.
Ahora bien, volviendo a la película Michelle, casi un año después de su secuestro, atada y continuamente violada, es sorprendida al ver que un día Ariel Castro, llega con otra joven al lugar, quien se convirtió en la segunda de las secuestrada Amanda Berry y tiempo después trajo a Gina DeJesus. Estas jóvenes lograron sobrevivir gracias a que se apoyaron mutuamente y lograron crear lazos fraternos
This man kept the girls tied up, mistreated them and in the case of Michelle he beat her to provoke abortions on the occasions when she became pregnant, this film shows how the girls were tortured not only physically, but also psychologically. It also shows how Amanda Berry had a baby girl, who is the kidnapper's daughter and lived with her mother and the other kidnapped girls during her first 6 years of age.
Now, the cast of this movie is integrated by Taryn Manning as Michelle Knight, Katie Sarife as Gina DeJesus, Samantha Droke as Amanda Berry. Raymond Cruz as Ariel Castro, being these the main characters.
Este hombre mantenía a las jóvenes atadas, las maltrataba y en el caso de Michelle la golpeaba para provocar abortos en las ocasiones en las que quedo embarazada, esta película muestra como las jóvenes fueron torturadas no solo físicamente, también de manera psicológica. También muestra como Amanda Berry llego a tener una niña, quien es hija del secuestrador y vivió junto a su madre y las otras secuestradas, durante sus primeros 6 años de edad.
Ahora bien, el reparto de esta película está integrado por Taryn Manning como Michelle Knight, Katie Sarife como Gina DeJesus, Samantha Droke como Amanda Berry. Raymond Cruz como Ariel Castro, siendo estos los personajes principales.

El papel mas crudo en mi opinión aquí es el de Michelle quien fue la primera de las secuestradas y quien por lo que se muestra en las películas, fue la mas maltratada durante los casi 11 años de su secuestro, además de que nos permite ver como este hombre, quien era chofer de un transporte escolar, fue capaz de mantener a estas jóvenes durante una década cautivas, sin que sus vecinos o familia se dieran cuenta.
As for the costumes, scenery, it shows us a visibly affected person who has a very messy house and who is unbalanced that was closed windows and isolating himself more and more to keep what he had done in secret, in addition to showing how the girls are dirty, neglected and very poorly fed, fortunately in an oversight of the kidnapper Amanda realizes that the door has been left open and manages to scream for help, so she, her daughter and the other two girls are released.
En cuanto al vestuario, escenografía, nos muestra una persona visiblemente afectada que tiene una casa muy desordenada y que esta desequilibrado que fue cerrado ventanas y aislándose cada vez mas para mantener lo que había hecho en secreto, además de que muestra como las jóvenes están sucias, descuidadas y muy mal alimentadas, afortunadamente en un descuido del secuestrador Amanda se percata de que la puerta ha quedado abierta y logra gritar para pedir ayuda, así ella, su hija y las otras dos jóvenes son liberadas.
Terminando, me despido esperando esta reseña les inspire a ver esta cruda película y a recordar que hay seres desequilibrados en la sociedad donde menos lo pensamos y por ello debemos estar atentos, espero que además estas líneas les inspiran a dejarme un comentario, un abrazo y hasta la próxima.
