Hi everyone! Has been a while since my last post so I wanted to come back with something spicy and rough although I am not sure this was the best attempt at the genre but it certainly tries to pack quite a few elements for an Erotic B-Movie:
I guess this could be described as an action - Torture - Erotic - Comedy - Drama. Yes! It does try all this things at once plus adding 3D effects into the mix!!
The Result unfortunately doesn't work very well or passable at best:
The cast is good, with some Japanese and Chinese actresses that certainly have something to show us but the sex scenes are dull and the attempt at comedy although most welcome doesn't work well even though the plot calls for tremendously awkward comedy.
The photography is somewhat decent and saves it often for its misguided direction but the film colouring is horrible in my opinion.
Also the I shall not get into the soundtrack.....
In the second part the movie veers into uncharted territory of torture and 3D action at which point there is an ambiguous feeling of misunderstood intentions. Comedy and drama mixes with the violence until you are unsure if laughing or feeling sorry for victims!
Still many weird things happen with various unusual characters and funny acrobatics, the movie is very long, lots of nudity and obscenities.
A relatively lot of work went into it and perhaps if seen with a light heart and not too much expectations it might even be entertaining.
It could have been better if that ambiguity wasn't there.
Are we to laugh? Be aroused? Or emphatize with the characters?
Well you decide. Have fun or loose a couple of hours of your time!
