When we write for ourselves we tend to do a better job. At least I do. You keep a record for yourself and someday you might refer to it. Just like I did today with my writing of Hallway. I don't care if that is good or bad, or even necessary. I did it for myself, and today it helped me discussing with you. As an added bonus, the artist loved it in my case. So, what's wrong with that?

It's not wrong at all, it can't be wrong. The fight is actually with myself, not with others.
I do have a similar reason in mind, namely, referring to my past thoughts.
