Okay! Hello guys! I don't know if this will count as a proper work-movie but personally, this one does it for me and it gives me the right perspective of what quality work-life and devotion should entail. If you'll like to checkout the contest, click here. Without further ado, let's dive in.
24 is a movie centered on a unit of the country's military system, The Counter Terrorist Unit(CTU). Here, the lead actor Jack Bauer(Keifer Suntherland) races around the clock to save the day. Himself and his team(CTU) worked tirelessly to ensure that no harm comes to not just America and it's citizens but also the world.
The team which comprises Jack, Chloe O'Brian, Tony Almeida and Michelle Dessler left a great impression on me as they remained true and faithful to their job. Everyone of them faced attacks on their person and even their families yet they remained true Patriots. Although, at different points, each one went against their government and country when she failed them which was only for a short while before they got back to business.
They were some other notable persons like James Heller, Audrey Raines, David Palmer, and Aaron who could never be caught going against their line of duty.
There were faced with nuclear warfares, assassination attempts, anti-American enemies, and so on. There were also in-house enemies who were sent as spies to CTU and a host of other obstacles in addition to the threat to the life of CTU workers and their loved ones. Some were futile, some were not. Yet, they remained steadfast, committed and willing to die for the right thing to be done.
They were very dedicated to their duties and inspite of challenges faced, upheld their pledge and honour. They served well.
You could see how eager they were they perform at their jobs even when they weren't in the field. Sometimes, when not disposed, they may get a little Intel about a possible threat, they do not just pass on the information to the military system in charge, they also put in their time and effort to make sure everything goes smoothly. Even in the face of severe life risks, they were unperturbed. You'll say it's their job duty. But in truth, it goes way beyond that. It was sacrifice.
I've always wanted to be a medical doctor(I still do) but watching this movie made me think, 'Maybe you want to be in an anti-terrorist unit where you want to defend your country'. I think maybe if I didn't want that, I'll be part of a military intelligence unit. But then, I could also be a doctor in that field. Frankly, I like the concept of work portrayed in this film. The drive, dedication to duty, and unflinching loyalty. At some point tho, I felt, why go through so much mental, emotional and physical pain because of a job? But then, I understood their stance. If everyone left the field/military field who then will protect who? They gave in their best and made sure to be very efficient and in turn, all of their efforts were not in vain. That's what a good work ethic should look like. Even after they had left the work, their mark was still felt. They were still unarguably the best team. They brought value, they took their game to a very high level and we're greatly respected. And that's what I like. To leave a great mark behind that even after I am gone, I'll not be forgotten because I brought Value.

Because of how you took your time to narrate and explain this movie very well, I don't have any other option than to look for it and watch. I will feel cheated if I don't see this interesting movie my self.
Well, well working hard requires a lot of sacrifices which are dependent on the kinds of job we do, for the military it might even be worse because every decision comes with a consequence. If we really want to contribute positively to any field we find out selves we have to make sacrifices too. Great achievement comes through great inconveniencing sacrifices.
This film is everything it should. It'll keep you on the edge of your seat. You'll definitely not regret seeing it. I can guarantee that. I assume you like intelligence and action packed movies...this will be just perfect! 😉
