I think you misunderstood! All of the requested CINE will be powered up. The rewards from curation will be split in the mentioned fashion.
To further clarify, what this does is create a large feedback loop and generates more value in the posts at CINE. This in turn creates value for both projects as we'll be running collaborative events.
The three way split allows us to continue to grow our CINE curation power, grow our rewards funds for contests, and grow the HIVE power vote that comes along with the CINE vote. Not only that, but all posts curated by PIZZA also receive the gift of slice. This brings three tokens worth of value to each upvote.
It's all one big feedback loop that fosters growth in both projects and benefits holders.
