Cartoons were the BEST ! Every Saturday at our house too.
Color TVs were great, but amazingly, I was so use to the black and white TVs that it didn't seem to lessen the enjoyment that there was no color ! I can't remember what age I was when a color TV replaced the black and white. I tried to think on it, but no recall !
Those were the days !
I'm not sure how old I was when we got a color TV set, either, but I think I was old enough to no longer be glued to the TV on Saturday mornings. I think my little brother enjoyed more color cartoons than I did.
