Having a father or a father figure in one's life is quite a beautiful thing and to everyone who is a father to someone I say congratulations to you...
Back to today's topic, it is all about our favorite movie with a prominent father character..
After thinking so hard about all the movies I have seen that featured a prominent father character, I only think of this particular movie that actually made me emotional and teary at first...
This is a movie by a famous actor, he is funny and playful in all of his movie, to reduce the suspense, he is KEVIN HART, for all I know about him, he is a comedian and that is what makes his movie much more interesting but in this particular movie, there was nothing but pain and sadness in the beginning...
The MOVIE is titled FATHERHOOD..
FATHERHOOD ..
This movie talks about how Kevin Hart became both a father and a mother to his daughter after the sudden death of his wife days after child birth...
The MOVIE focuses on how his whole life changed after the unexpected happened to him, at first he wasn't ready to raise a child but it happened and the child came into existence and therefore his support system had to pass away after birth and now after several trials Kevin decided to take up a role of both parent in the life of Maddy his daughter...
His mother tried to take his daughter from him to take care of her after she saw how terrible of a father he was going to become but seeing how he has to cope with his office work and taking care of a child single handedly, things started getting hard and he was forced to quit his job to take on the full role and for his daughter to have the love of both a father and a mother....
This movie tells a lot of story, a lot of people didn't believe he could cope alone with his daughter but he was forced to take on the challenge of becoming both...
WHY DID I CHOOSE THIS MOVIE???
There are a million and one reason why I had to choose the movie, this movie tells a lot of story...
I chose this movie because of the information it conveyed, it tells a story of how a child will always need the presence of both a father and mother In his/ her life, as important as the role of a father is, the role of a mother is very important also ..
I chose this movie because it shows the challenges of what a single parent has to go through without his or her partner, a parent raising a child alone is a very tough job ..
A child needs both the father and the mother to have a normal life just like the others. this particular movie also tells a story of how hard it is to be both a father and a mother to a child as well as the Importance of a mother in a childs life...
But most importantly, I chose it because, there will always be someone special who is willing and able to love another woman's child like her own with all form of sincerity...
Watch how KEVIN HART was a super dad in this beautiful movie and how he succeeded in raising up his daughter..
WHY IS THE FATHER SO SPECIAL???
The father character is so special to me because i saw how hard it is to be a single father and how hard it can be to take on the role of a mother..
This movie shows how a father handle the crying and tantrums of a baby until she is old enough to understand that she doesn't have a mother..
This movie is not any how related to the life I had or is something I wish I could experience, no I don't want to experience this kind of thing but I respect everything that I saw in this movie from the role of a father to the role of a mother and how a baby sitter can never take the place of a mother in a child's life..
This movie is not related to mine but everything I saw in this movie reminds me of my friend...
My friend was brought up by his father alone, his mother and father got divorced and they both went Their separate ways, his dad had to take care of him for years before he remarried, he refused to let go of him to his mother...
He made sure he got custody of him, he told me how hard it was to grow up without his real mother, I have seen him get lonely whenever I play with my mum, I see the yarning of a mother in his eyes but I never let him feel that way and I ended up telling him to call my mother his mother...
My mother treated us both equally and slowly everything started changing and he was feeling better day by day...
His father virtually stopped his business for years to take care of him and when he eventually grew up a bit, he was taken to a baby sitter and that was how his life was...
His father always loved him so much, he never allowed him to feel his mother's absence, he gave him the love of a father and a mother but it was different...
He still yarned for his mother but his father was there for him..
In summary, the story Is somehow similar to that of Kevin Hart's movie, there are just small difference, the death of his wife and how she had to leave the child all to his care...
But my friend had his mother until some years and she is still alive...
In conclusion, I just love everything about FATHERHOOD, the story, the characters and even the new love he found...
He found love again and also found a mother for his daughter, a woman who loved his daughter like her own...

I loved the fact that he intentionally put his daughter first over everything else and also the fact that he didn’t rush the whole process of finding love again. In my opinion, it’s rear these days.
Partners getting a divorce is painful and then losing your partner to death is even more painful and really sad.
Your friends story is touching, kudos to his wonderful dad!

that actor is very funny, although comedy movies are not my thing, I feel that this one has a dose of drama that gives it balance, you can tell that it is a moving story. Thanks for sharing the review 😊
