Movie Review:
In the beginning of the movie, Narmadha goes missing on her way home from her job and her father tries his best to find her. On the other hand, Abhinav, the niece of a pharmacy shop owner, is seen helping a sick man on the road to the hospital while returning home from America. It is also seen that the movie's heroine Uthra thanks him for helping an ailing father. But Uthra arrives late to his office to help Narmadha's father and hears his manager scolding him.
It is also seen that Uthra asks Abhinav for help not to listen to his office manager and Abhinav tells Uthra's manager all the truth about that day and asks him to forgive him. On the other hand, as Narmadha cannot be found, Uthra goes to the police station with Narmadha's father and police officer Karunakaran misbehaves with them. As a result, Abhinav tells them to protest against Uthra's police misconduct and the case of Police Commissioner Narmadha is handed over to Muthu, a senior police officer.
Also seen, Abhinav's maternal uncle went to a fitness camp for Dr. Meets Jayanth and learns that Dr. Jayanth is supposed to treat common people with free treatment. On the other hand Constable Balram is seen in front of Abhinav's pharmacy on the orders of police officer Muthu and there Abhinav treats Constable Balram as he has lost consciousness and Constable Balram recovers. As a result, it is understood that the hero of the movie, Abhinav, is a doctor. As a result, Abhinav started providing free medical services to help common people.
Once, when Bala, the shopkeeper of the pharmacy fell ill, Abhinav treated him in emergency and admitted him to a nearby hospital. Doctors at the hospital recover through wrong treatment, kill Bala and frame Abhinav for Bala's murder. Meanwhile, police officer Muthu learns that the owner of the hospital is involved in Narmadha's disappearance but is unable to arrest him due to lack of evidence. As a result, the police try to frame Abhinav as an accused to divert them.
On the other hand, after seeing everything Abhinav Dr. Asks Jayanth for help. But Dr. Jayanth then tries and fails to kill Abhinav to keep their medical business a secret. As a result, Abhinav, with the help of his lover and police officer Balram, arranges to punish all the criminals by gathering all the information and evidence of those involved in the hospital's murder. As seen, police officers Muthu and Abhinav punish all the killers by making excellent planes.
