¡Hola a todos los amantes del cine! Hace poco vi una película que me dejó perpleja. Debo mencionar que no soy fanática de las películas de acción y los efectos visuales , por muy estrafalarios que sean, no son algo que me motive a ver un filme. Por eso, no suelo ver las películas que están en taquilla o de moda, porque simplemente no me llaman la atención. De hecho, no estaba muy convencida de verla desde un principio, pero como estaba acompañada, no pude negarme. Luego de verla cambié de opinión. Fue tan bizarra y sorprendente, que me hizo pensar en el anime JoJo's Bizarre Adventure en donde la mayoría de los sucesos son exagerados, pero entretenidos. Sin mencionar a los personajes, que también parecen sacados de una animación japonesa de las más exageradas.
Hello to all movie lovers! I recently saw a movie that perplexed me. I should mention that I'm not a fan of action movies and visual effects, as wacky as they are, are not something that motivates me to watch a movie. For this reason, I don't usually watch movies that are at the box office or that are in fashion, because they simply don't attract my attention. In fact, I wasn't very convinced to see her from the beginning, but since I was accompanied, I couldn't refuse. After seeing it I changed my mind. It was so bizarre and surprising, that it made me think of the anime JoJo's Bizarre Adventure where most of the events are exaggerated, but entertaining. Not to mention the characters, who also seem to be taken from one of the most exaggerated Japanese animations.
La historia comienza con una niña de la tribu Gond, llamada Malli la cual a través de su canto, ha fascinado a Catherine, la esposa del administrador británico. Al principio, los padres se sienten a gusto con que su hija, deleite a la señora con sus cantos y atenciones. Hasta que a través de un mal entendido, la mujer le entrega a la madre de la joven unas monedas, pensando que se trata de un obsequio, ella los acepta, sin darse cuenta de su verdadero significado... Su hija ha sido comprada. Luego de ese "intercambio", proceden a llevarse a Malli, ante la mirada atónita de su madre, es allí cuando se da cuenta de lo que sucede y corre tras ella. Pero a pesar de sus esfuerzos por recuperar a su hija, finalmente la pequeña Malli es alejada de su madre y de su tribu.
The story begins with a girl from the Gond tribe, called Malli who, through her singing, has fascinated Catherine, the wife of the British administrator. At first, the parents feel comfortable with her daughter delighting the lady with her singing and attention. Until through a misunderstanding, the woman gives the young woman's mother some coins, thinking that it is a gift, she accepts them, without realizing their true meaning... her daughter has been bought. After that "exchange", they proceed to take Malli away, before the astonished look of her mother, that is when he realizes what is happening and runs after her. But despite her efforts to get her daughter back, little Malli is eventually taken away from her mother and her tribe.
Este hecho deja muy consternados y furiosos al resto de los integrantes de la tribu, quienes están acostumbrados a vivir pacíficamente en las montañas y velar por el bienestar de sus integrantes. De modo que Bheem, el valiente guardián de la tribu, toma la determinación de ir en busca de la pequeña Malli y traerla de vuelta con su gente a como de lugar. Sabe que no será tarea fácil, pero su espíritu de lucha es mucho más fuerte.
This fact leaves the rest of the tribe members very dismayed and furious, who are used to living peacefully in the mountains and watching over the well-being of their members. So ** Bheem **, the brave guardian of the tribe, is determined to go in search of little Malli and bring her back to her people at all costs. He knows it won't be an easy task, but his fighting spirit is much stronger.

Pero, sin que nadie lo sepa, el poderoso Rama tiene un secreto, un motivo oculto que lo lleva a querer hacer todo lo que sea necesario para ganarse el rango que tanto ansia.
On the other hand, there is Rama, an imperial policeman who works for the British empire. Through his perseverance and strength, he does not skimp when it comes to carrying out the imposed orders, despite the fact that in the eyes of most of his peers, he is considered a traitor. But unknown to anyone, the powerful Rama has a secret, an ulterior motive that makes him want to do whatever it takes to earn the rank he craves.
La vida de estos dos hombres se verá inesperadamente cruzada y totalmente ajenos a sus verdaderas identidades, no sólo se conocerán, sino que terminarán entablando una fuerte amistad. Hasta que ocurre lo inevitable, en contra de sus deseos, ambos deberán enfrentarse y será una batalla épica (y realmente lo es ja ja).
The lives of these two men will be unexpectedly crossed and totally oblivious to their true identities, not only will they meet, but they will end up establishing a strong friendship. Until the inevitable happens, against their wishes, the two must face each other and it will be an epic battle (and it really is lol).
Como ya mencioné, no soy fanática de las películas de acción, no suelo impresionarme tan fácil con los efectos especiales y esas cosas, pero la cuestión es que en RRR, son tan estrafalarios y exagerados que es imposible no impresionarse ja ja y es eso lo que lo hace tan llamativo. Sin mencionar las canciones, me gustan mucho los musicales y fue bastante agradable esa mezcla de acción con canciones alegres y pegajosas de fondo. Otra cosa que me gustó mucho fueron los vestuarios y la escenografía... Realmente es una película de gran impacto visual y creo que eso es lo que más resaltaría. Sin mencionar que la fuerte amistad de Rama y Bheem, trasmite bastante. Yo, que no suelo ver películas de este género, la recomiendo bastante.
As I already mentioned, I'm not a fan of action movies, I'm not usually so easily impressed with special effects and stuff, but the thing is, in RRR, they're so zany and over the top that it's impossible not to be impressed haha and that's what that makes it so striking. Not to mention the songs, I really like musicals and it was quite nice that mix of action with upbeat and catchy songs in the background. Another thing that I really liked were the costumes and the set design... It really is a film with great visual impact and I think that is what would stand out the most. Not to mention, Rama and Bheem's strong friendship conveys quite a bit. I, who do not usually watch movies of this genre, highly recommend it.

Hola por el boca a boca la vi hoy con mi esposa, realmente son tres horas alucinante visualmente. Estos dos protagonistas son practicamente indestructibles. Es musical, es comedia, es drama, es acción y de verdad es inverosimil, pero muy entretenida. Ampliamente recomendad . Saludos.
