Hello dear @gwajnberg, without a doubt it is important to receive funding both to strengthen agricultural production systems and research that seeks to develop alternatives to enhance agricultural production.
Sometimes government entities forget about it, which generates a deep backwardness in the agricultural sectors as well as in other sectors. We need to investigate and do extension to transmit in a formal or informal way the knowledge the results and experiences obtained with the experimental trials and of course demonstrate to the producers that the alternative that is proposed is viable.
