We need to have respect for others, but first of all we need to have respect for ourselves and our body.
If you want to enter a room and the door is closed, you have to knock. If you see people are talking privately, you must not go and eavesdrop. If people do not want to tell you something, you have to respect it.
You also have the right to your own privacy. Close the door when you go to the bathroom, are getting dressed or just want to be alone. You can also decide who you want to share you private ideas and secrets with.

We are in charge of our own bodies and nobody may harm or hurt you in any way, but you also have a responsibility to look after and respect your own body and that of others.

- Discuss it with your partner and decide on why it is a good reason to do it and also do some research on the benefits of each. Like for instance. Nr 1 is Get enough sleep - why do you think you need enough sleep? Now find some extra information or a video on why sleep is good for you. This you can do with each tip on how to care for and respect your body.

- If you wake up everyday, be thankful and try and stay positive towards other people but mostly about yourself.
- Look at what you eat and try and follow a healthy diet. (find out what is a healthy diet)
- Avoid things/substances (like drugs and alcohol and pills) that can harm or destroy your body.
- Make sure you have good hygiene - bath/shower every day, wash you hands and brush your teeth.
- Tell yourself every day and remember that you are one of a kind and very special.
- Do some exercise every day - even if you just play outside every day.
- Do not stay up too late at night.
