Announcement of the winners of the Malikussaleh University writing competition for students in Aceh regarding the Hope for Change in Aceh (Indonesia), will be held on Monday, February 8, 2021, at the Bukit Indah Campus, Lhokseumawe. Chairman of the Committee for Writing Contest in Aceh, Teuku Kemal Fasya, said that the announcement, as well as the awarding of prizes, would be held on February 8. The procession of announcing and handing over prizes was carried out in a series of events wrapped in unplugged art activities.

"We hope that the winners can come to receive the prizes in person. We will send invitations to all winners, "said Teuku Kemal Fasya at the Lancang Garam Campus, Lhokseumawe, Thursday, February 4, 2021.

Especially for participants from students, the winners may be accompanied by parents or teachers. "We will convey the letter to the winner via email," added Kemal.

According to Kemal, the winners who cannot attend will be sent to the account of each participant. "We hope that the winners can attend, even though they come from outside Lhokseumawe. But we don't cover the transportation costs, ”said Kemal with a smile.

The Malikussaleh University writing competition for students and university students throughout Aceh on the Hope for Change in Aceh was attended by 116 participants from among students and students from all over Aceh.

So far, the jury consisting of Yarmen Dinamika (senior journalist), Teuku Kemal Fasya (writer/lecturer), and Ayi Jufridar (writer/novelist), has selected the 20 best manuscripts from the student category and 15 from the students. []
