Happy teacher's day to those of us who share this beautiful profession in our country 🇻🇪.
This week for me have been very stressful due to situations that put at risk the education of children, young people and without doubt us teachers in our country.
For me it is an incomparable experience to arrive at school and enter a classroom full of children, all small smiling observers attentive to everything I do and what I say, in fact some time ago I was a restless child just like them.

Feliz día del maestro a quienes compartimos está hermosa profesión en nuestro país 🇻🇪
Está semana para mí han sido de mucha tensión debido a situaciones que ponen en riesgo la educación de niños, jóvenes y sin dudar a nosotros los maestros en nuestro país.
Para mí es una experiencia inigualable llegar a la escuela y entrar a un salón de clases repleto de niños, todos pequeños observadores sonrientes atentos a todo lo que yo hago y lo que digo, de hecho hace tiempo atrás yo fui una niña inquieta igual a ellos.
I am a teacher, that is my passion in life, therefore I work with discipline so that children can exercise their right to education, the fact that there is a situation that jeopardizes this right really worries me.
Education is a very important engine, many doubt it, but the present and future of this society depends on it, the simple learning to read and write, allows us to see how the life of the person who acquires this knowledge changes.
The protagonists of education are the teachers, educators, teachers often we are little recognized but on us falls a burden of great responsibility, because we have all the tools to instruct a society.
Soy maestra esa es mi pasión de vida, por lo tanto trabajo con disciplina para que los niños puedan ejercer su derecho a la educación, el hecho de que exista alguna situación que ponga en riesgo este derecho realmente me preocupa.
La educación es un motor de suma importancia, muchos lo dudan pero de está depende en gran parte el presente y futuro de esta sociedad, el simple aprendizaje de leer y escribir, ya nos permite ver cómo cambia la vida de quién adquiere estos conocimientos.
Los protagonistas de la educación son los maestros, educadores, profesores a menudo somos pocos reconocidos pero sobre nosotros recae una carga de gran responsabilidad, por qué tenemos todas las herramientas para instruir una sociedad.
Perhaps almost all of us have been marked by a teacher in school, high school and even in college, if this has happened to you as it did to me, surely that teacher became more than a simple transmitter of knowledge, because he connected us with our environment, values, feelings, which are part of us as a person and that links us with the world.
Quizás a casi todos nos a marcado un maestro en la escuela, liceo y hasta en la universidad, si esto les a pasado como a mí de seguro ese maestro se convirtió en más que un simple transmisor de conocimientos, porque este nos conecto con nuestro entorno, valores, sentimientos, que son parte de nosotros como persona y que nos víncula con el mundo.
Undoubtedly, a good teacher guarantees a quality education and although we know that there are exceptions, there is still that well-trained teacher who is up to date and takes into consideration the needs of the student and family to implement strategies in the teaching and learning process so that it is satisfactory.
Every teacher must have a vocation for the factory because this will allow him/her to obtain and develop the key attitudes to achieve his/her educational objective, without forgetting that part of this achievement must be supported by a solid educational system that aims at the integral development of children and youngsters, but many times this is difficult to achieve due to the economic, cultural or social situation, as well as many other variants.
This variable conditions the teacher's work, since the teaching and learning strategy and resources are not always adapted to the existing needs that involve the environment and that mark the education and therefore our work as a teacher.
Sin duda un buen maestro garantiza una educación de calidad y aunque sabemos que existen excepciones, igual existe ese maestro bien formado que está al día y que toma en consideración las necesidades del estudiante y familia para implementar estrategias en su proceso de enseñanza de aprendizaje para que esté sea satisfactorio.
Todo maestro debe tener vocación de fabrica porque esta le permitirá obtener y desarrollar las actitudes claves para lograr su objetivo educativo, sin olvidar que parte de este logro debe estar respaldado por un sistema educativo sólido que apunté al desarrollo integral de los niños y jóvenes, pero difícilmente muchas veces no cumplen debido a la situación económica, cultural o social, así como otras tantas variantes.
Variable que condiciona el trabajo del maestro ya que esa estrategia enseñanza, aprendizaje y los recursos no siempre estan adaptados a las necesidades existentes que involucran el entorno y que marcan la educación y por ende nuestro trabajo como maestro.
It is not about questioning our work, but to be supported so that our task makes sense within the community in which we develop because it is precisely in this where our task is destined, so it is necessary to trust, respect and value our work because many of us do it with commitment and responsibility because we know that under our influence are children and young people of the present and future of our country.
That is why teachers represent a solid and influential force that guarantees equity, inclusion and education and these in turn become quality for sustainable global development, everything comes from a classroom.
No sé trata de cuestionar nuestra labor, sino de ser apoyados para que nuestra tarea tenga sentido dentro de la comunidad en la que nos desenvolvemos porque es precisamente en esta donde está destinada nuestra tarea, por lo que se hace necesario confiar, respetar y valorar nuestra labor porque muchos de nosotros lo hacemos con compromiso y responsabilidad porque sabemos que bajo nuestra influencia están niños y jóvenes del presente y futuro de nuestro país.
Por ello los maestros representan una fuerza sólida e influyente que garantiza equidad, inclusión y educación y estos a su vez se convierten en calidad para el desarrollo mundial sostenible, todo proviene desde un aula de clases.
It is important to consider then that our training, permanence, status, working conditions and salary are issues that continue to be of concern, especially when we work in difficult or precarious conditions, which ends up being a total contradiction in the face of reality and that is why the need arises to demand from the relevant entities a firm proposal for education as a transforming value in a society that guarantees the training and teaching practice that allows access to quality education as a right for all.
Es de considerar entonces que nuestra formación, permanencia, estatus, condiciones de trabajo y salario son temas que siguen siendo preocupantes, sobre todo cuando laboramos en condiciones dificultosas o precaria lo cual termina resultando una total contradicción ante la realidad y es por ello que surge la necesidad de exigir a los entes pertinentes una propuesta firme por la educación como valor transformador en una sociedad que garantice la formación y el ejercicio docente que permita acceder a una educación de calidad como un derecho de todos.
Paying tribute is relevant every teacher's day, although our work is daily, but it is also relevant to support teachers so that this work is a priority in the efforts to recover education not only to have access to a school but to a qualified and supported teacher.
My preschool teacher taught me the vowels, my math, physics and chemistry teacher taught me to believe in my abilities, my university teacher taught me that if we want to fulfill our dreams we had to study, learn and make an effort and by fulfilling these tasks many of us would not become teachers.
Rendir homenaje se hace pertinente cada día del maestro, aunque nuestra labor es diaria, pero también se hace pertinente apoyar a los maestros para que está labor sea prioridad en los esfuerzos por recuperar la educación no solo para tener acceso a una escuela sino a un maestro calificado y respaldado.
Mi maestra de preescolar me enseñó las vocales, mi profesora de matemáticas, física y química me enseñó a creer en mis habilidades, mi profesora en la universidad me enseñó que si queremos cumplir nuestros sueños teníamos que estudiar, aprender y esforzarnos y por cumplir estás tareas muchos no llegaríamos hacer maestros.
Months ago I completed my master's degree in an area of education during this study I had the opportunity to meet virtually different colleagues from other countries and believe me I met many among them a very inquisitive and interested colleague like me who sent me a digital book called aprendivoros by the writer Santiago Beruete, with which I was fascinated and I believe that every teacher should read it.
When I read this book I remembered that I am a teacher and maybe I am one not because it says so on paper but because in me there is the essence of hope, trust, tolerance and perseverance and above all humility to teach.
Hace meses culmine mi maestría en un área de educación durante este estudio tuve la oportunidad de conocer de forma virtual diferentes colegas de otros países y créanme conocí muchos entre ellos una colega muy preguntona e interesada como yo quien me envió un libro digital llamado aprendivoros del escritor Santiago Beruete, con el cual quede fascinada creo que todo maestro de corazón debería leerlo.
Al leer este libro recordé que soy maestra y quizás lo sea no porque lo dice un papel sino porque en mi existe la esencia de la esperanza, confianza, tolerancia y perseverancia y más allá de todo la humildad para enseñar.
My eyes flood with tears when I see that my work becomes increasingly complex in this society submerged in poverty, gender violence, addictions, crime, xenophobia, uncontrolled technology and climate emergencies that divert many from education.
I realize that now and always is when we must be beacon of light of our children and youth to transmit that passion for learning and transform our reality and the world in this generation that grows according to our teachings that we cultivate in their thoughts, turn on that light to encourage them to want to continue learning throughout their lives and that each teacher can teach with meaning.
Mis ojos se inundan de lágrimas cuando veo que cada vez mi labor se hace tan compleja en esta sociedad sumergida en pobreza, violencia de género, adicciones, delincuencia, xenofobia, tecnología descontrolada y emergencias climáticas que desvían a muchos de la educación.
Me doy cuenta que ahora y siempre es cuando debemos ser faro de luz de nuestros niños y jóvenes para trasmitir esa pasión por aprender y transformar nuestra realidad y el mundo en esta generación que crece de acuerdo a nuestras enseñanzas que cultivamos en sus pensamientos, encender esa luz para incentivar a qué ellos quieran seguir aprendiendo a lo largo de sus vidas y que cada maestro pueda enseñar con sentido.
A teacher who educates with quality will never be forgotten let us fight for the right to education that transforms thoughts 🇻🇪 ❤️.
