Children's story: Perlita the turtle.

There was a morning where the day was rainy the dew fell from the branches of the trees and a ray of light crossed the forest where in the distance a beautiful rainbow was observed.

In the forest there lived a small turtle named Perlita who wanted to know the rainbow, and that morning he decided to go look for it, he walked and walked, day after day without rest, seven days and seven nights. However, her search was useless, she did not find it, very sad she stopped, resting in the forest and resting her head on a seed.

Perlita dreamed that she had fallen asleep for a long time and that the seed where she was resting had germinated and that a very large and leafy tree had grown to heaven.

For a moment Perlita the turtle was a little scared thinking, how it would get down from that big tree. Suddenly a bird came out of a nest and saw her very thoughtful and says:
-What's wrong, turtle?
-I want to get down from this tree,
The bird tried to help her but it was useless.

With this a frog passed, jumping from branch to branch.
-What are you doing here so thoughtfully?
The bird replied I want to help Perlita the turtle down from the tree but I could not.
The frog replied:
-How I see, you can't do it, I'll help you.

But once again the attempt was useless and they sat down to think how to help the poor turtle.

Suddenly a nightingale appeared very happy, singing every morning.
-What's going on here, I ask?
And they replied:
-We help perlita the turtle to get down from the tree.
-I see they can't, so I'll help them.

But equally none could do anything.

When suddenly a very nice squirrel appeared, and with her great lady's voice I ask them how I could help them. They all answered at the same time they wanted to help Perlita down from the tree but they couldn't.

At the moment everyone thought that the squirrel was not going to be able to be a major squirrel.

But suddenly she asked the turtle, with great love, how she got to the tree.

Everyone stared at Perlita waiting for her answer.

Perlita told everything since she left one morning in search of the rainbow.

The Squirrel Lady smiled and told them the answer is in her nose, come with me and she directed it to the other side of the tree, from where the rainbow was seen and from where I could touch it.

Perlita was finally able to meet the rainbow, and not only that, she climbed on it and slid until she reached the other side of the forest where her house was.
