A long time ago when the internet wasn’t born yet the only technology that humans were able to use is the abacus, old-fashioned cameras and etc.
In those that days, if you want to do a research you have to go to the library and, spend hours searching for books. But today through the internet you can find resource materials for your research without living your house.
As we’ve all know INTERNET is the most modern way to communicate with people around the world. INTERNET began to operate in the 1960s. In this way, a single signal can be sent to multiple users. The old fashion way of sending mails had been thrown out by some people. who mostly now uses E-MAIL for sending mails to different parts of the country or sending it to other countries.
E-mail was developed through ARPANET as did the bulletin-board system.
It has now different qualities; here are some of them; yahoo.com, yehey.com, mail.com, hotmail.com, and more. People knew that it was a modern way of sending emails to their families, friends, loved ones, and other relatives.
In 1991, was introduced to the people of what we call now as the WORLD WIDE WEB.WORLD WIDE WEB is the part of the Internet that most users see and use and which has made it so popular. This gave birth to a big boom in web usage. The web continuous its growth in a very incredible way. There are now a billion pages on the web and thousands more.
And now that INTERNET has come to be our way of learning,
Teachers have made good use of the internet to enhance lessons. They use the internet to give students extra resources, study materials, and educational games. Therefore, the quality of the educational process gets much better.
Many colleges today use the ‘hybrid’ model, where courses are done online. It saves the students from commuting to a brick-and-mortar campus. Research materials are available online, and students can comfortably complete their homework, tests with much ease, no need to visit traditional libraries to carry out research. With vast knowledge on the internet, a student can easily gather relevant information upon any search. Availability of specific websites and online encyclopedia has allowed students pursue different subjects in much greater detail.discovering, and seeing new things. I feel that I’m very lucky to have my internet to hold on to. For my projects, assignments research and etc. but of course, I am not forgetting to study by book, to research from libraries and etc. because I know that the internet does really help a lot, but I also know that I should also help myself to relate my studies to my own learning.
The Internet is a tool that is here to stay in all areas of our life and society. In education it has entered and facilitated many processes but in many regions there is still a lot of ignorance of its properties.
There are places that do not have it, as well as other areas that depend on it for everything.
We just have to be aware and the information that reaches us should be well reviewed so that it will not be something negative. In the WWW it is necessary to know how to investigate.
Every day the progress is so great that sometimes it stuns me.

El internet es una herramienta que llegó para quedarse en todos los ámbitos de nuestra vida y sociedad. En educación entró y ha facilitado muchos procesos pero igual en muchas regiones hay mucho desconocimiento de sus propiedades.
Hay lugares que no se cuenta con el, como otras zonas que se depende de el para todo.
Solo hay que ser consciente y la información que nos llega revisarla bien que no vaya a ser algo negativo. En la WWW hay que saber investigar.
Cada día el avance es tan grande que a veces me aturde.
