All countries have a need for foreign talents in different fields.
In Singapore, we do have lots of foreign talents who even become Singaporeans after working here many years later.
With their careers rooted in another country, many would have brought long their families.

Their kids would have to study in schools that may have a very different culture from theirs.
The local kids may not always be friendly to foreign students.
As teachers, we need to educate our students about the importance of racial harmony and how every individual regardless of nationality plays an important role in our society.
There should never be racist remarks among our kids as it can really hurt especially these foreign students are trying to adapt into the new culture.
Respecting others is also respecting ourselves.
