Most students, who entered Institute Of Technical Education, did not do well in their studies in their Primary and Secondary Education journey.
They faced lots of failures and they had little confidence in themselves.
The need to let these students enjoy learning and find little successes to motivate them to believe in themselves.

Scolding such students may not be the solution as they may already face lots of unfair treatment at home with many coming from broken families.
As teachers, we can make schools a conducive place of learning and lead them to find a purpose in life.
As teachers, we can even become their parents and mentors so that they do not move into the wrong pathway.
Teachers can really make a difference and impact in the lives of their students.
