Multitasking is the performance of more than one task at the same time which can lead to stress. stress is the feeling of emotional or physical tension

Multitasking is really bad for us, Research shows that we cannot really do two things at once,we are actually switching our attention back and forth between the two tasks.

Various risk associated with multitasking are harm to our brain,lead to memory problems, forgetfulness, anxiety and attention lapses.

Though there are so many ways to overcome multitasking which are
-plan your days ahead
-Accept your limits
-Learn to say no to excess
responsibility
-Work with time
-Distinguish urgent from important work and a lot more

Multitasking is a bad psychology which can lead to stress.Its natural and normal to be stressed sometimes.

But long term stress can cause physical symptoms like headache and dizziness, emotional symptoms like anxiety, depression and unhealthy behavior.

Try relieving and managing stress.
