Here is digital detox, which does not mean to abandon the technology forever but creating a space to recharge.

- Instead do stretching, journal reading, enjoying breakfast, look out the window to feel the cool breeze
- Set your intention for the day before digital demands begin
Phone Free Zones:
- Designate certain areas as technology free
- Bedroom, dining table, bathroom
- These become sacred spaces for the rest and connection
Scheduled Scrolling
- Schedule 2-3 specific times for social media
- 15-20 minutes for each, then close it
- You control the technology
Nature Interludes:
- Leave your phone behind for short walks
- Notice the details around you - birds, clouds, textures
- Love the nature instead technology
You do not need to go completely offline.
