Why a Digital Detox Matters

  • Mental Clarity
  • Better Sleep
  • Deeper Connections
  • Rediscovered Hobbies

Your Gentle Digital Detox Plan

Morning Sanctuary

  • First 30 minutes awake, no phone
  • Instead do stretching, journal reading, enjoying breakfast, look out the window to feel the cool breeze
  • Set your intention for the day before digital demands begin

Phone Free Zones:

  • Designate certain areas as technology free
  • Bedroom, dining table, bathroom
  • These become sacred spaces for the rest and connection

Scheduled Scrolling

  • Schedule 2-3 specific times for social media
  • 15-20 minutes for each, then close it
  • You control the technology

Nature Interludes:

  • Leave your phone behind for short walks
  • Notice the details around you - birds, clouds, textures
  • Love the nature instead technology

Small Shifts, Big Changes

You do not need to go completely offline.
