You are a developer, writer, creator, student or remote worker, staying focused online is a universal challenge you face. You handle endless notifications, the calls on social media, and the important thing your own comfort. But we all have one trick that can be a app, method or mindset shift that helps us to get the things done quickly.

I think the most effective productivity tip for working online is to schedule a specific non-negotiable time for a fun or important activity in the afternoon. This creates a firm deadline that increase pressure to complete important tasks as possible that boosting focus and efficiency. Also helping to enforce a hard cutoff point that protects work life balance. This strategy is effective because it combats the common tendency for remote work to extend into evening hours.
Here are few tips that I have found, share your in comments:

  1. Establish a Morning Routine: Start your day with a consistent routine, such as making a tea, going for a walk or getting dressed as if you are going an office. It signals your mind that it is time to work and make ready your mind to work productively.

  2. Use the Pomodoro Technique: It is good to break tasks into focused intervals followed by short breaks almost 25 minutes, these short breaks can make maintaining concentration more achievable and sustainable throughout the day.

  3. Create a Dedicated Workspace: You should design a specific area for working and keeping it free from distractions like social media or personal activities. This makes it easier to mentally switch off at the end of day.

  4. Protect Your Peak Productivity Hours: Notice the periods of day when you are most focused. Protect those periods fro meeting to interruptions to maximize output on difficult tasks.

The things that actually work for me are: Getting outside for a walk before joining office. Keeping my workspace only for the tasks that are productive. I used to scroll YouTube shorts on my phone, it would be a huge time suck. Getting up and away from my office during lunch. It helps break up the day for me and forces me to take a break from work.
