Greetings and welcome dear readers of this prestigious platform and especially to all those who make life in the community of #education, this delivery is intended to raise awareness of certain aspects that force us to stagnate and not exceed the prospects of life or personal growth that we have planned.

So we will rely on one of the most influential writers of greater renown in the world of personal growth, I mention John Maxwell who I have been studying through different of his writings and where I have been able to identify relevant aspects of our behavior and existence.

Some of the aspects that have generated more interest on me, is the leadership of influence, where in previous publications I managed to establish questions such as "Are leaders born and not made? Questions that gave rise to different positions of thought among readers who follow my blog, however, from my perspective a leader arises from our experiences and these are what gives them the quality to influence others.

Conceptually it is assumed that the leader is the one who leads and directs, however, all of us according to our experiences are leaders since we have been able to make decisions in the face of problematic situations rooted in our existence, we are also responsible for assuming the attitude to face the problems.

In function of the above Maxwell does not invite to leave aside certain conditioning factors that force us to do as a snowball with a lot of potential energy when it is on a hill and to which only a small push is enough to gain the kinetic energy that forces them to get in motion and grow consequently as it moves down the hill.

Under this analogy there are many people with this behavior, although I know others with a lot of power who prefer to remain expectantly still before the scenarios that are presented around them, as if it were the snowball stopped up the hill, without the intention to roll and grow according to their movements, generating people without clear objectives, without purpose and withered before the circumstances of life.

Before these approaches it is necessary to leave aside some basic mistakes that stop our development, among which stand out:

1. Make conscious decisions to leave aside the stagnation, we must learn to trust our instincts and the ability to analyze the different scenarios that are presented to us, indecision forces us to stop and is one of the most serious causes that afflict people and that leads to failure. Even if they are not the right choices, we are already on the move and being wrong is part of our game scenario.

2. We need to establish a planning process that keeps us moving, we are clear that a day provides us with 1440 minutes, a large number that we end up wasting or letting go on unnecessary things that do not contribute to our growth.

3. Be clear on the costs of our choices or decisions, every action or choice we make has a cost in the form of consequences, in this sense, it is necessary to be clear on the things that matter to us so that we can determine how high the price we are willing to pay and will be a function of time, money, relationships or opportunity, sacrificing any of these will drive us so that our movement is oriented to success.

4. Learn from mistakes and refine the acquired skills, once in motion as if it were the snowball, we must go filtering and learning from our mistakes as this is the way that historically follows the human being to learn, so that a management or control of our mistakes will delimit the improvement of our potential.

Therefore, it is necessary to start our movement in life, if we want to achieve the success we wish to project, so I would like to know your opinion on this matter.

Personal growth brings a very positive and powerful change in our lives. When we recognise that we want to grow, that in itself is a powerful thing. However, it takes little will if the failures that occur cause us to fail in our attempts. We can all influence our own lives and we can influence the world with our own lives. Far more than we can imagine. When we realise that everything we say, everything we do, everything we think, everything we feel requires greater responsibility, greater awareness, then we have already changed the world a little bit.

Greeting friend @xplosive without a doubt our attitude towards theircraft and the different scenarios of life, it will be the ones that directs us towards personal growth, the ideal thing is to be like the snowball when it comes into motion and falls down the hill, up By its passage and grows, so we must be to advance and evolve as a person, grow constantly.
