Today, I will discuss the effects of ozone layer depletion with you. Our world basically revolves around the sun and we humans are alive due to this sunlight. There are different layers of gases on our earth, one of which is the ozone layer. The ozone layer acts like an umbrella on our earth. It absorbs ultraviolet rays and protects our earth from the harmful ultraviolet rays of the sun.
This ozone layer absorbs about half of the amount of light and temperature that the sun gives to our earth. It is known that when the ozone layer is depleted, it will cause a lot of threat to our living things. Its effects will fall on almost all parts of our earth simultaneously. Scientists are currently seeing that the different types of gas layers in the ozone layer are causing damage together and are becoming thinner day by day.
One of the regions of our earth is the polar regions. Currently, there is zero gravity over this polar region. It is increasing day by day. A weight hole has been formed in the polar region quite a long time ago.
As this ozone layer is getting thinner day by day, the more UV rays are affecting the earth. Then we can see various effects on humans. Cancer is appearing in the human skin, which is very bad. Currently, skin diseases are appearing in a large number of people due to this ultraviolet radiation.
Currently, many of our youth are seen using glasses to protect themselves from UV rays. Human eyes are being damaged a lot day by day. Human immunity is decreasing a lot. People used to live for many years earlier, but now the average life expectancy of people has decreased.
Only humans? This radiation is also affecting other living beings. Especially marine plankton cannot tolerate this radiation. They are facing a lot of damage. The marine food chain is being disrupted a lot. Due to the depletion of the ozone layer, the climate is having a very bad effect on our environment day by day.
As a result, the temperature on our earth is increasing day by day. We are now able to understand the effect of the greenhouse. It is seen that more and more ice is melting. As a result, the sea level is increasing day by day. This was my post today, I hope you like it, thank you all.
