By preventing it, we will be able to increase the cropland. By increasing the crops, we will be able to provide food to the hungry people of the world. In this way, we will all come forward.
To prevent desertification, first we have to plant trees. This is our first task. I saw a few days ago that it is working very well in China. Because there they are turning the desert into pastures, they are planting trees there so that those trees grow slowly. We know that trees protect the soil from excessive sunlight and keep the soil moist. So all the countries of our world should make a law that no one should cut trees in drought-prone areas.
When there is open land, it is seen that the water there evaporates quickly and flies into the sky. So we should not keep our land open, we can grow different crops there. Through which we can prevent it to a great extent. In different countries of the world, we see that animals are grazed on grasslands. But we have to keep one thing in mind in these cases, so that there is sufficient greenery there, otherwise it will become like a drought. It will become like a desert there. We have to reduce the use of more water than we need in agricultural work. As a result, we will make as little as possible the passage of groundwater. As a result, it will not go down much.
Earlier, large ponds were dug in different places to prevent drought, but now they are no more. There are several places in our country where there are such large water bodies. Which are in a very abandoned state. They need to be reactivated properly so that water can be retained there year after year.
