It is not about educating with passion, it is about feeling passion when we educate.
From my perspective what this means is that passion is not sought after, it is not built or given away, it is simply felt.
When we teach our knowledge to a set of students it is important that we explore ourselves inside, all with the intention of knowing how we feel while we are teaching.
The students know it, that is to say they see in our faces the desire with which we transmit this teaching, we can make great efforts to teach, but the important thing is to make an internal reading that leads us to explore if we are really feeling the passion that transports us to teach without any interest.
In my country Venezuela we are different professionals who continue working in our professions simply because we are beyond a duty, it is that we feel the passion in teaching.
Unfortunately that passion is tarnished by the poor quality of education that we can provide and that does not depend on our capabilities, but on the available infrastructure, the technological resources that are available, perhaps under other circumstances we could have all the physical elements that would give us that quality to teach, however there will be many educators who are good, others excellent, but perhaps they do not feel the passion.
The fact that we can feel that passion inherent in our abilities when we are teaching is a gift that is given to us as individuals, since passion is the only thing that makes us stand up in the face of the greatest difficulties that may exist.
If we seek to act with passion it is because we are looking for it, we are wanting to apply it, however I believe it is something intrinsic within the individual, when we do not realize that we end up explaining everything to anyone, it is because we like what we do and we feel that passion, we are not looking for it because it is always there.
