Company-Scholarships .. yes, creating trained and performing circus animals instead of educated individuals .. whatfor do citizens pay taxes ? to finance education of their future generations .. it only takes a system to select the best to get higher education they deserve .. and not "quotas" of non-talented just because of "minority memberships" .. meanwhile we have "social scientists" who hardly can read and understand 2 paragraphs and have no idea of maths .. but we have a dramatic lack of medical doctors and tech-scientists .. because there we need real talents but the money is spent on "quotas" .

You've got a very nice argument, dear. At some point I believe on that especially on the part that we really have a dramatic lack of medical doctors and tech-scientists. I do hope that one day the government or any private institution would give support to increase the number of these professionals that our world need. Personally, I have known some friends who wanted to join those fields but since they don't have enough finances, most of them enrolled in another course and some didn't even pursue college. And this too breaks my heart.
On a lighter note, I also believe that there are companies who offer scholarships that are not just concerned with so called "quotas". I have given an example above. They focused on creating professionals in maritime field. There qualifications for their scholars are above standard and I believe, that profession too, is one of the important professions in our world (as they transport people, goods, etc. by the sea).
I really got your point, dear. We share the same sentiments and concerns on the lack of support in sciences, medicines (even on the other fields). I'm also waiting for that moment that it will be given much more focus and support too.

"the government" will never do anything except you force them .. believe me, I have long experience ;-( Organize people and request what you deserve to get ! If our - or your - constitutions say the right and the law are made by people you also must request it -- or you leave it to those who do what THEY want .. who does not open his mouth agrees with them and has no right to complain ! to make law and right by people does not mean to go to an election within 4 or 5 years but to be active BETWEEN the elections .. never foget .. the government is working for you and not you for them !
That companies have higher standards than public education sometimes is true -- and its sad -- because companies train special subjects they need and not the real talents of a person who has to live with it a lifetime .. imagine 100 years ago they trained horse-breeders and saddle-makers and 20 years later nobody needed them anymore because the cars came do you think the horse-and-saddle-companiees would regret this ?.. no way - on the one hand they would have stopped existing and mostly changed to other professions .. and the former students ? For a company you are an investment - for a nation you are the soil of future generations !. a public education must bring out the best of each individual and economy has to follow the character and strength of the people of a culture and nation - and not the other way round as it becomes more and more our days . or we lose our identities and become corporation-robots kicked out if not needed any longer . So if companies offer better programs than government -- complain !! and raise public education paid by taxpayer Then companies have to pay YOU for your knowledge and depend on you -- and not the other way round ! As it has to be ;-)
