Hello my beautiful people I hope everyone is well, especially to all members of the community of @edu-venezuela, one of the most important tasks of humanity is its own education, that is why this wonderful educational field is constantly active in the search for the various factors that influence the normal performance of our students.

These factors are balancing elements when we propose to undertake our beautiful task of teaching, and as we know we are faced with many of these factors among which we have the stress and of which we must be attentive to perceive it in our students, since all people are not stressed for the same reasons and this likewise occurs with our students.

When one of our students suffers from stress we notice how everything around them bothers them, and it is usually because the student demands exceed their capacity or at least that is what they believe at first, because maybe they are not prepared for certain changes and that is why we must collaborate with the development of strategies that give them the confidence to adapt to these changes and overcome the challenges that have been set for them to carry out.

In many cases our students are accustomed to carry in their bags problems present in their homes which causes them to lose concentration and remain in a state of isolation both with their classmates and with each of the activities to be developed, we must be very tactical when helping them because we must first generate in them the confidence towards us in order that they can tell us their cause of isolation and then make them understand properly that educational spaces are areas both to learn and to clear our minds.

In many cases we can do little about the conflicts in their homes, but we can make them change their attitude in our classrooms, and also by committing ourselves to try to evaluate the possibility of dialoguing with their parents and make them understand that they should not transfer their problems to their children and that if they must make any significant change for the family it is important to take into account the emotional aspect of their children so that this does not affect them beyond their home.

There is a reason why educational spaces are considered our second homes, since in them, in addition to learning a little bit of everything, we can get help of all kinds, especially in the family, since in the end everything is related to our integral education, which as teachers we must take care of.
