I am so envy for your sunny location! see, I am very dependent on warmth and sun - and in the city where I live, an average year usually has only 60 sunny days out of 365. sad statistics, !LOLZ :))) so thank you kindly for your best wishes!
But I'll be relocating soon, the political environment is out of control as well as taxes. Too many crazy politicians.
