The year 2026 has just begun, and although I had already decided that I would no longer write any text to talk exclusively about the HIVE POWER UP DAY initiative, I allow myself to make some exceptions to this decision, because emblematic moments deserve to be recorded. This new edition of HPUD is one of those very special moments. Not only because it is the first HPUD of 2026, but mainly because I set new goals for it. The beginning of a new year is very conducive to doing this, although I also usually do it on any other day.
Every day I do a POWER UP of some amount of HIVE. Therefore, I no longer need to wait for the first day of each new month just to do this. The growth is constant, even because my account becomes stronger due to compound interest on the total amount I have accumulated. In any case, it's interesting to emphasize the idea of massive POWER UP on specific days to foster a sense of belonging. Everyone working together reinforces the idea of collective work, and we depend on this kind of plurality here.
Since many people make such a significant specific move on the first day of each month, everyone ends up gaining something. It's not just about growing your own account, but mainly about strengthening the ecosystem as a whole. Today, I'm doing a special POWER UP, which in my view is massive because I'm talking about 1K. Saving this amount and doing a POWER UP requires a lot of strength, determination, and focus on a very specific goal: in my case, it's reaching 100K HIVE POWER by the end of the year.
In this way, I (once again) reinforce my commitment to this revolutionary project, because Hive has already proven itself to be something totally outside the bubble (even within WEB 3.0, which continues to be properly built) and thus, I reach the amount of 78K HIVE POWER and continue to grow every day, working harder and harder, and staying focused on what I have already defined as personal goals (which go beyond the accumulation of HP itself). A very interesting fact here is always keeping my ambitions realistic, but I think this year I will "break" that rule.
El año 2026 acaba de comenzar, y aunque ya había decidido que no escribiría más textos exclusivamente sobre la iniciativa HIVE POWER UP DAY, me permito hacer algunas excepciones, porque hay momentos emblemáticos que merecen ser recordados. Esta nueva edición de HPUD es uno de esos momentos tan especiales. No solo por ser el primer HPUD de 2026, sino principalmente porque me he marcado nuevas metas. El comienzo de un nuevo año es muy propicio para hacerlo, aunque también suelo hacerlo cualquier otro día.
Todos los días realizo un POWER UP de cierta cantidad de HIVE. Por lo tanto, ya no tengo que esperar al primer día de cada mes para hacerlo. El crecimiento es constante, incluso porque mi cuenta se fortalece gracias al interés compuesto sobre la cantidad total acumulada. En cualquier caso, es interesante destacar la idea de un POWER UP masivo en días específicos para fomentar el sentido de pertenencia. El trabajo conjunto refuerza la idea del trabajo colectivo, y aquí dependemos de este tipo de pluralidad.
Dado que muchas personas realizan un movimiento tan significativo el primer día de cada mes, todos terminan ganando algo. No se trata solo de hacer crecer tu propia cuenta, sino principalmente de fortalecer el ecosistema en su conjunto. Hoy estoy haciendo un POWER UP especial, que en mi opinión es enorme porque estoy hablando de 1K. Ahorrar esta cantidad y hacer un POWER UP requiere mucha fuerza, determinación y concentración en un objetivo muy específico: en mi caso, es lograr los 100K HIVE POWER hasta fin de año.
De esta manera, reafirmo (una vez más) mi compromiso con este proyecto revolucionario, ya que Hive ya ha demostrado ser algo totalmente innovador (incluso dentro de la WEB 3.0, que sigue desarrollándose adecuadamente) y, por lo tanto, alcanzo los 78K HIVE POWER y sigo creciendo cada día, trabajando cada vez más duro y enfocándome en lo que ya he definido como objetivos personales (que van más allá de la acumulación de HP). Un hecho muy interesante es que siempre mantengo mis ambiciones realistas, pero creo que este año romperé esa regla.
O ano de 2026 acabou de começar, e embora eu já tenha decidido que não iria mais escrever nenhum texto para falar exclusivamente sobre a iniciativa HIVE POWER UP DAY, me permito fazer algumas exceções em relação a essa decisão, porque momentos emblemáticos merecem ficar registrados. Esta nova edição do HPUD é um desses momentos muito especiais. Não por ser apenas o primeiro HPUD de 2026, mas principalmente porque eu defini novas metas sobre isso. O início de um novo ano é bem propício para fazer isso, embora eu também costume fazer isso em qualquer outro dia.
Todos os dias eu faço POWER UP de algum montante de HIVE. Sendo assim, eu não preciso mais esperar a cada primeiro dia de um novo mês apenas para fazer isso. O crescimento se faz constante, até mesmo, porque a minha conta se torna cada mais forte pelos próprios juros compostos em relação a todo o montante que eu tenho acumulado. De qualquer maneira, é interessante dar ênfase a ideia de POWER UP massivo em dias específicos, para fomentar o pertencimento. Todo mundo trabalhando junto reforça a ideia do trabalho coletivo, e nós dependemos desse tipo de pluralidade aqui.
Uma vez que muitas pessoas fazem um movimento específico tão significativo como esse no primeiro dia de cada mês, todo mundo acaba ganhando alguma coisa. Não é apenas sobre um crescimento da própria conta, mas principalmente, sobre o fortalecimento do ecossistema como um todo. Hoje, eu estou fazendo um POWER UP especial, e que no meu ponto de vista é massivo, porque eu estou falando de 1K. Guardar esse montante e fazer POWER UP demanda bastante força, determinação e foco num alvo muito específico: no meu caso, é chegar aos 100K HIVE POWER até o fim do ano.
Dessa maneira, eu (mais uma vez) reforço o meu comprometimento com esse projeto revolucionário, porque a Hive já se provou como algo totalmente fora da bolha (mesmo dentro da WEB 3.0, que segue sendo devidamente construída) e assim, alcanço então o montante de 78K HIVE POWER e sigo crescendo todos os dias, trabalhando cada vez mais, e me mantendo focado no que eu já defini como metas pessoais (que vão além do acúmulo de HP em si). Um fato muito interessante aqui é sempre me manter realista as minhas ambições, mas acho que esse ano eu “quebrarei” essa regra.

Happy new year! It's good to have goals and a realistic vision, but it's also good to dream a little. In my case, I dream of becoming a Dolphin in 2026, which sounds surreal since I only have 2400 HP. But these kinds of goals motivate me to give it my all to achieve them, even though I know that I won't make it on time, but at least I've done more than I initially planned or realistically expected. That's one way of looking at it, personally.
One of your goals might be to become a Whale, for example, something that sounds surprising and even difficult to achieve, but it is not impossible. Even if I don't manage to achieve it in time this year, I know that having a bigger vision of reality will lead you to give more of yourself than usual.
I can't do big Power Ups at the moment because I've had a very difficult few months financially and the earnings on Hive haven't been the same as before. Even so, I do everything I can to accumulate, be diligent, and participate, even if it's just with 10 HIVE per month for now. I have also decided to look for other ways to grow my account both directly and indirectly.
