Is this chaos inside the nations or the rulers? This is a key question. Things like racism, are they inside the nations, or are the rulers fueling it? These are very important. How many friends do you have with opposite looks and thoughts? Are you not friends with them? How many challenges do you have?
True. The differences are created by them. It is all by design unfortunately...
