Ukrainian forces absolutely do have the ability and capability to win this war. Ironically that's the one thing that is leading to the Russians panicking and getting scared is the fact that we absolutely do see the likelihood of Ukraine being able to successfully prosecute this entire conflict all the way to the end. They actually have an entire plan and stated goals and desires. The fact that they've consistently demanded Russian forces to leave their territory as well as also to cease hostilities something that is extremely realistic and not negotiable. The fact that Ukrainian forces are on the offensive and have taken massive amounts of their territories back from Russian control only speaks to the capability and certainty that this is going to continue. When you're watching a highly effective extremely efficient fighting force completely disoriented a larger Force and then consistently liquidate it and disrupt its operations to the point where the small guy wins.
