14000 people have died, largely on the rebel side and that is directly because they will not follow their own good faith agreements, the Minsk Accords. They instead have decided to bomb and kidnap people. The Neo Nazis are entirely responsible for this. They refused to follow the agreement brokered and continued for 8 years to bomb them.
