Having myself pondering of this lately after so many uncertainties life can bring, spending so much in sorting out things hooked up, finding the right path to getting it solved, which could be the right path, as it seems like the better route isn't explained yet, !!Fear of the unknown!!. Greetings family, trust we all are cool, before us today is the article that literally matters as we might have been in such a crossed road.
Not having it been dealt with within me until I met a friend though didn't ask anything to know the way forward of his current state, started saying things pointing out to the topic !!Fear of the unknown!!. Not knowing how to go about, the question kept ringing !!What if!!,as so many unresolved task and issues kept on knocking and finding there way to have expressions. It could have been the other way round if the right route is known and taken to have it all solved, but the fear of the unknown, don't even know the right route,don't even know if the path bring left with marks as been trodden long before now is the right track as issues differs.
How can all these life expectancies to carried through as its unclear on what rightful way to walk through. After much pondering on all these and many more, in my deep conscious mind , I came up with strategies to which a better route can be followed towards having it all done and done well.
Strategies To Handling Fear
Try it anyway :
As little it might sound, as unwavering and staggering it might be found to be done, try it anyway.Of course people do regret not only things they did but much more,good things they might have done but because of fear couldn't try. It might be the best way out but in the absence of not trying, its not proven. Well known that even when one is in a state of not knowing what to do, there is something to be done too, even though the path one took didn't work, if not for anything, the knowledge of it, is an advantage.
Having a Dialogue with trustworthy persons :
Having a one on one talk with people you trust helps to go a long way. From a wise saying,if its not been said,its not done. Literally pouring out your mind with people that matters and linking up with right attitude towards having it carted is an important tool to fear of the unknown.
