All you say is very true, unfortunately the ones that need to see this don't read. All of this intellectual comments and wise thoughts no less will never find its way to those who need to know. We must start with our educational system or the lack there of :(
The message spreads, it just takes a lot of time. For many, they don't really onboard it until they are in enough pain that hey look for a better way. Education starts at home.
