I appreciate it and all of this has given me quite a bit to think about and I'm not sure that this place is going to consume as much time out of my life anymore.

I still have a pretty good investment here. However I think that this is going to start getting liquidated.
Understandable. I try to stay away from all the politics as much as possible, I don't need to drama.
