While Canada will not march troops into the USA and force anyone to do anything, the mutual support of the criminal gangs of each the other's deception and depredation will mutually benefit the warlords of both the USA and Canada. That alliance will increase the difficulty of the struggle to survive their oppressions and supplant their tyranny with a just society.
