Here in Holland things are heading for new measures again and we as a people do not want it. Normlly it does not matter much what our politicians do or do not but now it does. And now we see how stupid some are compared to the professionals not working in government jobs. All in all we have only one opposition party telling exactly what you are saying above. (New insights proove it is not as deadly though very inconvenient maybe) Unless you have obese or die anyway soon you are not at risk. Also AstraZenaca here is the party to go for although 100 parties are working on a vaccin. Why not Russia or China or USA or India or Australia ;)

    Thanks for the update in Holland, I have some very good friends there.

    I suppose the question needs asking, how much bullshit are the people willing to take before they stand up and say 'no more'? Or will fear be their god.

    There is also a political party in New Zealand fast gaining popularity that is standing up to the lies and propaganda while simultaneously being lambasted as 'Conspiracy Theorists' (the use-all derogatory term for anyone that does their homework on Covid-19 these days):

    I'm yet to see the Australian alternative other than aboriginal elders serving the government in a legal fashion - demanding immediate dissolving of the corporation of the COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA.

    I've been called 'right wing' for sharing this data. I've an anarchist background - I am not right wing - this right wing scare tactic (like the 'conspiracy theory' tactic) is just another diversion of the disinformative media.

    I don't care what you are, left wing - right wing - let's forget about that bullshit and just focus on the data and maintaining our standard of living - discarding the fear and histeria of current events disproportionate to the threat that actually exists.
