For those who are unaware, there is massive propaganda and censorship campaign underway, targeting the so-called ‘anti-vaccine’ movement specifically and ‘conspiracy theorists’ questioning the Covid1984 narrative in general, aimed at reducing ‘vaccine hesitancy’ in advance of the coming ‘Covid19’ vaccine. Despite the likes of Bill Gates and other ‘experts’ informing us that a 70-80% rate of vaccine uptake will be plenty to stop the ‘pandemic’ cold in its tracks, social engineers and other ‘experts’ are forcefully insisting that we must stamp out this ‘vaccine hesitency’ phenomenon and convince essentially the entire global population to accept the coming experimental vaccine, claiming this is the only way to ‘stop the pandemic’. This echoes comments made by Bill Gates which appear to contradict his own admissions, in which he has said the only way things will ever go back to normal is once the entire global population is vaccinated.

One reason they could be so intent on the entire population getting the vaccine is that, at least in America, injection of the vaccine looks to be the means by which individuals are to enrolled into a highly secretive military and intelligence tracking and surveillance program. As it turns out, Donald Trump’s Operation Warp Speed is in fact much more than just an operation to rush a handful of brand new experimental vaccines to the market by the end of the year, as recent comments by Trump’s Vaccine Czar and “captain” of Operation Warp Speed himself, Big Pharma insider Moncef Slaoui, revealed.
“What was revealed should deeply unsettle all Americans,” Whitney Webb writes in her in-depth expose on this surveillance program.”
In recent interviews with the Wall Street Journal and New York Times, Moncef Slaoui confirmed that the millions of Americans who are set to receive the ‘Covid-19’ vaccines distributed under Operation Warp Speed will be monitored via “incredibly precise . . . tracking systems,” and described this “tracking system” as a “very active pharmacovigilance surveillance system.” Officially, according to Slaoui, this program will “ensure that patients each get two doses of the same vaccine and to monitor them for adverse health effects,” while tech giants Google and Oracle have both been contracted as part of this “tracking system,” to help “collect and track vaccine data.”
At its inception, Operation Warp Speed officially “aim[ed] to deliver 300 million doses” of a ‘Covid19’ vaccine to Americans by the end of 2020, which amounts to the goal of vaccinating every single man, woman and child in the country. It has since been revealed that those receiving the new vaccines will need to be given two doses, presumably raising the number of doses being manufactured under the program to at least 600 million, while the military already purchased 500 million syringes for vaccine use over the summer.
So we know the military is capable of vaccinating around 250 million Americans, despite polls indicating only about half of Americans (150 million) are willing to accept this new vaccine, while official operation documents indicate a plan to have approximately 660 million doses available for distribution across the country.
For a President who continues to insist the vaccine won’t be mandatory, and in a country with only about half of the population definitely planning to receive the vaccination, the operation’s stated goals, actions and continued preparation for distribution of some 500-660 million doses of vaccine certainly seems to be just a bit overkill, suggesting there is likely a definite plan underway to vaccinate the entire American population, in one way or another.
The operation’s surveillance system will also be tracking the millions of Americans who are receiving the vaccine for an entire 24 months, and it has been made abundantly clear that this is in part due to the fact that the unlicensed vaccines will not have undergone enough testing to ensure their safety, and thus this global vaccination campaign will also act as a de-facto worldwide clinical safety trial, or at least in this case a nationwide safety trial. This is particularly disturbing, as it reveals a common knowledge shared among the vaccine pushers that the vaccines which are already being pushed as a ‘safe and effective’ solution to the so-called ‘Covid19’ pandemic before they are even available, will in no way have been proven truly ‘safe and effective’ in the extremely short time-frame of their development before being injected into hundreds of millions of people all across the country and around the world.
As Whitney Webb explains:
Two official OWS documents released in mid-September state that vaccine recipients—expected to include a majority of the US population—would be monitored for twenty-four months after the first dose of a Covid-19 vaccine is administered and that this would be done by a “pharmacovigilance system.”
In the OWS document entitled “From the Factory to the Frontlines,” the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the Department of Defense (DOD) stated that, because Warp Speed vaccine candidates use new unlicensed vaccine production methods that “have limited previous data on safety in humans . . . the long-term safety of these vaccines will be carefully assessed using pharmacovigilance surveillance and Phase 4 (post-licensure) clinical trials.” It continues:
“The key objective of pharmacovigilance is to determine each vaccine’s performance in real-life scenarios, to study efficacy, and to discover any infrequent and rare side effects not identified in clinical trials.“
They say this “pharmacovigilance” will identify “infrequent and rare side effects,” but with such limited initial testing before injecting the the public at large, there is really no way for them to know with any amount of certainty just how “infrequent and rare” such side effects are, or even if they are really all that rare at all. That efficacy will also be studied is a tacit admission that they will have no real idea just how effective these vaccines are when they begin pushing them on the world at large. This two-year surveillance program should go a long way in finding all this out, however.
Furthermore, Operation Warp Speed’s vaccine coordinator, Matt Hepburn, previously stated in a article published in the New England Journal of Medicine, that:“because some technologies have limited previous data on safety in humans, the long-term safety of these vaccines will be carefully assessed using pharmacovigilance surveillance strategies.”
In other words, it is impossible to assess to any degree of accuracy the long-term safety effects in such a short-term period of testing being performed in the current trials, so for all we know there could be long-term side-effects in a majority of people, and no one would ever know until months or even years down the road, thus the importance of using these “pharmacovigilance surveillance strategies.” There would be no need to “assess the long-term safety of these vaccines” unless this was entirely unknown. As even The NY Times has previously noted: “Rare but dangerous side effects may only surface over time...And data gathered early in a trial might not hold true months down the line.”
Furthermore, vaccines typically take four to ten years from their inception to hitting the market, while these are being rushed into production in less than a year if Trump’s Warp Speed delivers on its promise, and it would appear within 18 months maximum based upon current progress and estimated time frame put forth by Bill Gates and others. It is obvious that they intend to use the entire population as a testing ground for their new experimental vaccines, and we, all of us who consent to being vaccinated, will be the human guinea pigs.
All of humanity is set to be the Big Pharma testing ground for a demonstrably unsafe experimental vaccine, which has already during trials caused serious adverse affects among a large percentage of test-subjects. And in the case of the AstraZeneca vaccine, this has even included cases of transverse myelitis-induced paralysis, and most recently even a death, it would appear, with Reuters reporting that a Brazilian AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine trial volunteer died on Wednesday; and yet the trial is continuing on. If we are to believe them, the volunteer who died was in the ‘control’ group and was therefore not killed by the coronavirus vaccine, but rather by the previously approved, “licensed vaccine (MenACWY) that will be used as a ‘control’ for comparison.”
Using another vaccine instead of a saline injection during trials is a common Big Pharma tactic used to lessen the observable side effects in the test group, and the media likely won’t be talking about this aspect of the death, for obvious reasons. The world will simply hear that it wasn’t the new vaccine, and assume there was no vaccine involved. In any event, it wouldn’t be the first time this particular licensed vaccine has killed someone.
It is worth noting that AstraZeneca is poised to be the single largest global ‘Covid19’ vaccine supplier, already contracted out to supply hundreds of millions of doses to governments all around the world, including the US, UK, Australia and most of Latin America. It also looks to be shaping up to be the most dangerous.
As for the prevalence of side effects, not only have over half of participants in initial vaccine trials reported serious adverse affects in leading vaccine candidates like Moderna, but Bill Gates, in April, was “so worried about the danger of adverse affects that he says vaccines shouldn’t be distributed until governments agree to indemnity against lawsuits.” Fauci, too, has expressed concern over safety, warning of the possibility of dangerous and potentially lethal “vaccine enhancement,” whereby exposure to the virus after vaccination leads to a far worse case of sickness.
And yet we are assured they will all be ‘safe’, as the anticipated harm to some is justified in the name of the ‘greater good’ of society as a whole, the same ideology that defends dangerous vaccines currently on the market, and which is in fact driving the entire Covid1984 agenda - ‘the greater good of society’ at the expense of the individual. This ideology is flawed at its core, however, because society is in fact made up of individuals; or more likely this ‘flaw’ is an intentional method of gaining further control over the masses, just another form of Orwellian ‘groupthink’.
Unlike previous pharmacovigilance programs which were passive, this one will be active, relying upon a “continuous” stream of data being fed into the system, according to the operation’s surveillance strategy outline, which suggests it will not be relying upon voluntary updates intermittently made by individuals as with such passive systems, but some unidentified technology capable of providing the system with “continuous” data on the individual’s conditions.
What this method will be is a matter of speculation, but many independent journalists and ‘conspiracy theorists’ have suggested that these vaccines will be fitted with tracking devices which will be injected into the individual at the time of vaccination. While this has been sharply rejected by the establishment as a wild ‘conspiracy’ and zealously ‘fact-checked’, such a potential scenario would help to explain just how this surveillance system would be able to receive “continuous” data from those who have been vaccinated and thereby enrolled into the surveillance program. If this were the case, it would also help to explain why the establishment is so adamant about everyone getting the new vaccine, when 70% vaccination rate should be plenty to ‘arrest the pandemic’ according to their own ‘science’.
Besides selling this two-year real-time nationwide safety trial of new experimental mRNA vaccines as delivery of a proven ‘safe and effective’ solution to ‘Covid19’, Operation Warp Speed also appears to be the successor of the highly invasive post-9/11 surveillance program called Total Information Awareness (TIA), which was officially de-funded by Congress due to widespread public outrage.
Whitney Webb explains:
Known as Total Information Awareness (TIA), the program sought to develop an all-seeing surveillance apparatus managed by the Pentagon’s DARPA and officially argued that invasive surveillance of the entire US population was necessary to prevent terrorist attacks, bioterrorism events, and even naturally occurring disease outbreaks before they could take place.
Before it was disbanded, TIA sought to collect Americans’ medical records; fingerprints; gait, facial, and iris biometric data; drug prescriptions; and even DNA in addition to citizens’ financial, travel, and media-consumption habits. TIA, not unlike Operation Warp Speed, was a “public-private partnership” managed by the DOD and partnered with the NSA, the CIA, and other intelligence agencies as well as the private sector and academia.
Indeed, as it turns out, the NSA and DHS are now also officially Operation Warp Speed partners, while both Google and Oracle have close ties with the CIA, going all the way back to their beginnings, with Oracle actually getting its name directly from a CIA operation!
Not to mention that TIA, although officially de-funded, was never actually completely shut down, instead going underground and being covertly run by a number of intelligence agencies, likely waiting for a new opportunity such as this one to publicly reemerge as an even more advanced and complete web of surveillance than it had originally been designed to be. After all, technology has advanced significantly over the past two decades. It is surely no coincidence that TIA 2.0, or Warp Speed, is emerging alongside expansive ‘contact tracing’ programs, which will easily be able to merge and morph into one massive Orwellian surveillance system that George Orwell himself could never have even imagined.
This is just one more example of the many links and ties between Covid1984 and 9/11, demonstrating that the current pandemic operation is but a continuation of the 9/11 operation. “Allowing these same entities to surveil and track a majority of Americans and to use the country’s population as guinea pigs for unlicensed, understudied, and experimental vaccine technologies is a clear recipe for disaster,” Whitney Webb points out. “At the same time, it would also enable a surveillance panopticon so dystopian and far reaching that Americans stand to lose not only their few remaining civil liberties but even sovereignty over their own bodies.”
Indeed. And furthermore, Google’s partnership in the program poses a major conflict of interest, as the company owns one of the largest social media platforms on the web, YouTube, not to mention controlling the search results of millions of people all around the world through its search engine, easily the most popular search engine in the world.
So what we have here is a military intelligence operation with Big Pharma interests at its core, being headed up by the DOD, alongside the NSA, DHS, and big tech companies with close ties to the CIA. These big tech companies coincidentally also form integral parts of the emerging Covid1984 technocracy, one of which has the ability to effectively control the flow of information to hundreds of millions of people all around the world, deciding what will be seen and not seen by online viewers through its control of the most widely used search engine and largest video-sharing platform on the entire internet.
Through the Google search engine, the company can control what news appears at the top of search results; what gets pushed to the very bottom, hidden behind pages of the chosen news; and what information is entirely censored from search results altogether. On YouTube, the company can similarly censor whatever information it deems to be a threat to the Covid1984 technocratic agenda or Operation Warp Speed specifically, in any way they choose, and they can ensure the pro-vaccine videos they want the world to see show up both at the top of search results and in ‘recommended videos’ list.
They can remove any video they choose at will, with or without a video strike or warning to the content creator, and they can purge entire channels without so much of a notice to the channel owner, let alone first giving out the three channel strikes officially ‘required’ to ban a channel. They can age-restrict videos, and also shadow-ban them, hiding them in search results so that even by searching for the video by its exact title, it does not appear in either YouTube or Google search results, but can only be found on alternative search engines such as DuckDuckGo. They attach notices with links to the ‘approved’ information they want you to see on most every video discussing ‘Covid19’ in any way whatsoever, as well as on a variety of other controversial subjects.
All of these techniques and more have been used for years in the establishment’s war on alternative media and anti-establishment voices on social media, and these tactics have been on the increase throughout the duration of the so-called pandemic, with censorship going wild in 2020. And now, not unsurprisingly, YouTube has just recently announced yet another new set of guidelines aimed at censoring anyone speaking out against the coming ‘Covid19’ vaccine. The latest purge has already begun.
There can be no doubt that this propaganda campaign and all related vaccine propaganda and censorship is a part of this military/intelligence operation.
The official Warp Speed strategy detailed in the operation’s own documents calls for a very organized propaganda campaign, outlined in the “Communications” section of the operation strategy manual, “From the Factory to the Frontlines,” where it clearly states that: ”Strategic communications and public messaging are critical to ensure maximum acceptance of vaccines, requiring a saturation of messaging across national media.” This has now begun, with the current media campaign addressing “vaccine hesitancy” and targeting the “anti-vaccine” movement through hit pieces and censorship.
It also notes that: ”public confidence in vaccines is necessary for vaccine uptake,” and so the vaccine strategy also includes: “Identifying the right messages to promote vaccine confidence, [and] countering misinformation, [which] will be necessary to achieve high coverage.” To this end, it will “work with local partners and trusted messengers to improve confidence in vaccines”, and will “establish partnerships to contain the spread of disinformation” as part of its strategy to “stop misinformation from eroding public trust in vaccines.”
It seems pretty clear that Operation Warp Speed’s partnership with Google was indeed established in part “to contain the spread of [so-called] disinformation” through censorship and artificial manipulation of content visibility and search results on YouTube and Google search results. This phase of the operation is now underway, with the social media, the full array of covid and vaccine ‘experts’ (“trusted messengers”), the mainstream media, and of course the Covid1984 high priest himself, Bill Gates, all playing their parts in active participation of this planned and coordinated military/intelligence propaganda campaign. This will be the subject of my follow-up post, so stay tuned.
At this point there should be no doubt as to what exactly this ‘Operation Warp Speed’ is - a military operation - being launched against the American population. The US empire has now turned its military tactics against its own population, and now Americans are effectively under the imperial policy of ‘US sanctions’, where the empire holds you hostage until you comply, as they are currently doing by continually threatening that the ‘new normal’ tyranny will be here until we all comply with vaccination and every other Covid1984 police state measure being shoved down our throats.
But as my follow-up post will show, their desperation indicates that it is they who are losing the battle for the minds of the people, as the Covid1984 narrative continues to fall apart at the seams. And that, my friends, is the good news we should all be focusing on, that the people are winning this #informationwar, and the emerging technocracy is increasingly losing control of the narrative by the day.

I will avoid it for sure, although it might mean having to stay hidden from the mainstream world, like a fugitive running and hiding from the evil empire as it spreads its troops to every town and village with roadside checkpoints. Wow this is absolutely unreal and completely scary.
United States military has been talking about how logistics-wise distributionis actually not that big of a deal when compared to logistics of dealing with war across the globe and the logistics of bandages beans bacon and bullets.
Personally the testing ramifications are so bad that again it seems like this hoax and push for a vaccine is going to end up very badly for such an unproven virus.
