Why can't I share Hitler on Facebook or Twitter?

in Deep Dives4 years ago

Do I really have to be sent to Facebook Prison again for what I posted in 2018? How many times have I already been placed on 30-day timeouts for posting that photo? Didn't Facebook already remove that photo already? Wasn't I already placed in timeout at least twice before?

Is sharing history against the guidelines?

Can't Share Hitler Again

2020-09-12 - Saturday - 01:13 PM - Facebook notified me

Facebook showed me a photo I posted back in 2018.

Against Alleged Guidelines

Facebook messaged me saying I broke their alleged and ever-changing rules, laws, guidelines, policies, suggestions, etc. Facebook has been gradually changing their rules since at least 2010 in some ways and especially since then if not prior to that as well.

My Facebook Profile - Please Add Me

Facebook started censoring me in 2010. Thousands to millions to billions of people are censored, shadow-banned, removed, deleted, taken off, stopped, banished, neutered, erased, deactivated, disabled, doxxed, turned away, kicked off, bye bye, etc. I'm not the only one permanently banned for life on YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, etc. Ask around and you'll find too many people to even count who are terminated forever. I've lost thousands of hours of videos, photos, articles, documents, friends, contacts, links, messages, comments, data, etc.

Facebook Timeout

Facebook wrote to me yesterday saying the following:

We usually offer the chance to request a review, and follow up if we got decisions wrong. We have fewer reviewers available right now because of the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. We're trying hard to prioritize reviewing content with the most potential for harm. This means we may not be able to follow up with you, though your feedback helps us do better in the future. Thank you for understanding.

How we make decisions

We use either technology or a review team to remove anything that doesn’t follow our standards as quickly as possible. We use the same Community Standards around the world for everyone on Facebook. Different regions of the world have their own review teams trained on the standards.

Our standards on dangerous individuals and organizations

We don't allow symbols, praise or support of dangerous individuals or organizations on Facebook. We define dangerous as things like:

• Terrorist activity
• Organized hate or violence
• Mass or serial murder
• Human trafficking
• Criminal or harmful activity

What would you like to do?

Because your post goes against our Community Standards on dangerous individuals and organizations, no one else can see it.

UPDATE

Facebook Apparently Undid My Timeout

As of right now, 2020-09-13 - Sunday - 05:24 PM, it appears I can post on Facebook on my Joeyarnoldvn profile account. Yesterday, it said a 30 day timeout. Perhaps, the computer system on Facebook realized I was already punished a few times in 2018 and/or 2019, placed on month-long timeouts, for the same photo, already. So, I am not really sure what happened but I just posted here on Facebook. Perhaps a manual or automatic correction to my month-long sentencing which is good. Still, the fact that I was put on notice in the first place yesterday, yet again, is alarming.

Well, ur using a centralized social media. So nothing much you can expect, even what ur posting also kinda belongs to FB

Do you know about liability laws?

Do you know about the 4th amendment? Facebook is violating American laws when they act as a platform and as a publisher simultaneously because that violates governmental contracts that they and other tech giants entered using the Safe Harbor Act plus other things. If you study history of related issues, you will see Bill Gates and Microsoft were in court with the U.S government in the 1990's for many years and especially in 1998 because they were violating similar laws. Likewise, you can look at what was happening in the 1970's with United States v. AT&T.

That is just the tip of the iceberg.

People make movies, films, shows, documentaries; write articles, books, research papers, posts, messages, etc, regarding some of what I'm talking about right here. We're talking what Edward Snowden said in his book. We're talking about DARPA, PRISM, the CIA, other programs, other agencies, what they've been doing, what they've been funding. Some of it involves collusion, treason, espionage, other federal felonies, crimes. Contracts, in a court of law, is taken very seriously. So, you have to pay attention to the original contracts and then look at the violations that occur later on. When you study law, you will see how grave these things are and how multidimensional they can be.

Can a platform also be a publisher?

If you act like a publisher, then you violate your liability protection granted by the Safe Harbor Act and possibly other acts and other things, meaning Facebook no longer has liability protection, legally speaking, and that opens up a can of worms, many different things, because they can be sued, they can be tried in a court of law, they can be held accountable for what users post on Facebook. Same thing for Twitter, YouTube, etc. When you're a publisher, like a newspaper agency, a magazine company, a book publishing company, etc, then the Facebook users become the employees, the writers. Facebook would then become potentially responsible for a wide variety of things.

Publicly Funded

But it gets worse, Facebook and other ghetto social media networks and tech cartels have been funded through certain three-letter governmental agencies which means indirectly tax-payer funded which means potentially a public utility or something that can be voted on as it has been funded by American tax-payers. Not allowing Americans the right to vote, to negotiate, is a crime. You can't do that. And that is just the tip of the iceberg like I said, I'm not even mentioning how Facebook violates their own terms and services internally outside of all of this. Long story short, Facebook selectively enforce their own rules. That is bogus. That is 1984. That is a wide variety of different things. I will continue writing about some of these things in the future. My goal is to link to other articles, documentaries, videos, websites, lawsuits against Facebook, etc, etc. There is a lot of information spanning many decades relating to some of these things and much more.

To be continued, thanks for reading, @kimzwarch.

They are for profit entities that will do whatever it takes to strengthen their position, including challenging the law. Even though European was said to have the most stringent personal data protection act, still all the giants are still able to carefully maneuver around the grey zones. They have the motives and obvious intention to do so, which is to dominate the market and generate profit for shareholders.

It is up to us whether to use the platform or not. Use it wisely and if you opt to go against the giant, perhaps we can learn from Elon whom just ditch fb totally.

For me, I have my business marketing on Facebook as well, which helps a lot and contributes to most of my sales. Therefore, I would not say that it does not do good to people. It connects the right customers to the right business. Yet, with such power comes great responsibility; as users, we still can put some pressure on them.

Right to Fight:

I believe in taking down criminals and I will fight until the day I die fighting technocracy, monopolism, cronyism, fascism, communism, globalism, tyranny, etc.

Matrix Brain Phone

Elon Musk talked about getting a brain chip which becomes a monopoly over our own mind, a centralization of not just the Internet but of thinking itself. Facebook have attacked the business of Diamond & Silk, Prager U, and others.

Facebook vs Businesses

Facebook has damaged the businesses of so many people around the world and you are next. Facebook will get your business as it has to thousands already. If we don't stop Facebook before it is too late, you will be hit.

Giving Them Pressure, Hell

Yeah, I agree, we always have to try to put as much pressure as we can on them.

PRISM

A personal data and privacy protection act has no meaning as governmental agencies like the CIA and others around the world uses programs like PRISM to spy and monitor and copy the Internet traffic, the transactions, private emails, anything and everything from major internet service providers (ISP) and global service providers (GSP) all around the world. That is a violation of the 4th amendment. Governments around the world have been copying and mirroring Internet activity, content, transactions. They read private emails, messages. They are violating alleged privacy acts. You need to remember that the so-called personal data acts are as effective as Covid Lockdown masks. In other words, they are only making things worse.

Grey Zones

Yeah, there appears to be grey zones. Some of it comes from a lack of an Internet bill of rights and some of it comes when corporations or companies collude with governments to create an environment that violates free market trading. In other words, they cultivate crony capitalism for example. I'm against crony capitalism or in other words, fascism.

I believe in taking down criminals and I will fight until the day I die fighting technocracy, monopolism, cronyism, fascism, communism, globalism, tyranny, etc.

You can’t take down criminals inside the system they have created, @joeyarnoldvn. The only way is to leave&forget centralized platforms.

But they didn't create it, it was created by DARPA through the CIA and other agencies. Look at the history of the Internet for example. Look at the CIA program called Life Log which ended the day Facebook started for example. Well, unless if you're referring to deep state and what they create, in which I understand your concern.

If you think that Bezos and Zuckerberg are criminals and CIA is good, you are again wrong, @joeyarnoldvn. It’s the same criminal Matrix. CIA has made Facebook and Amazon. They have openly helped Bezos to buy Washington Post. Media machine is a part of Imperial mechanism that does not allow freedom. There is no deep state. Trump & Biden are the actors in the same theater. The only way to freedom is to leave the theater.

When enough people refuse to be controlled, there will be a Matrix crackdown. Then, you have to have a gun. But as long as you are giving you attention to the matrix, you can’t have freedom.
