September 2019, the WHO & World Bank Group under the banner of the "Global Preparedness Monitoring Board" unveiled a document entitled "A World at Risk: Annual report on global preparedness for health emergencies".

In this document they set out essentially a plea to governments Worldwide to be better prepared for a "A RAPIDLY SPREADING, LETHAL RESPIRATORY PATHOGEN PANDEMIC".
Members of the "Global Preparedness Monitoring Board" include Dr. Fauci, the Wellcome Trust (UK) and of course the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (who are also noted as financially supporting the group, quote: "Finally, we are grateful for the financial support provided to the GPMB Secretariat from the Government of Germany, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the Wellcome Trust, and Resolve to Save Lives").
A must read given the situation. This is the WHO (compromised by big pharma) in conjunction with The World Bank (profits from reaction to document/events) urging governments to conform to their future forecasts in respect of disease and virus outbreaks. Seeing as their forecasts have conveniently rapidly come to pass, it all but guaranteed the participation of governments Worldwide, as we have seen. The results being massive profits for board members of the WHO as soon as a "pandemic" is declared, added with countries being plunged into further debt, control and compliance via The World Bank.
"Member states need to agree to an increase in WHO contributions for the financing of preparedness and response activities and must sustainably fund the WHO Contingency Fund for Emergencies, including the establishment of a replenishment scheme using funding from the revised World Bank Pandemic Emergency Financing Facility".
It states, by September 2020 "The United Nations (including WHO) conducts at least two system-wide training and simulation exercises, including one for covering the deliberate release of a lethal respiratory pathogen".
Was Event 201, phase 1? Are we in Phase 2 now ("including one for covering the deliberate release of a lethal respiratory pathogen")? Are we in a "live simulation" or was this just a conveniently timed biological weapon release? Either way, there was a very rapid deployment of "simulations" and exercises after the release of this document.

- Mar 2020 Bill Gates steps down from Microsoft board, and inserts himself as the saviour of medicine. MSM and World governments allow him such a platform without question.
