Yeah I saw that, funny. A county in California is going to implement the WHO plant to take ppl from homes... I mentioned FEMA camps in a post I'm writing, that's prob where ppl will be sent. China is indeed the model for the world control grid.

I know, I just submitted an article to the editors that lays it all out in a timeline. These "quarantine centers" are the FEMA camps... I mentioned something in an article yesterday that it's nice those empty Walmarts won't go to waste.
