Hierarchies exist in all animal ecosystems.
It’s a fallacy, @lucylin. You see a false, human interpretation of the relations in nature. Natural world is network organized and predators are the nod keepers, not rulers.

(even in sheep - I grew up on a farm - they have hierarchies).
