We're fighting an ATTENTION WAR.
The rules are sometimes counter-intuitive.
ATTENTION is the only currency.
Negative attention is just as valuable (if not more valuable, more infectious) than Positive attention.
The big players don't care if you love their proposals or hate their proposals, they only care if you're thinking and speaking about their proposals. They control the CONVERSATION (and the parameters of that conversation). Don't bother considering historical context or looking for PRIMARY AXIOMS, just focus on THE HEADLINE OF THE WEEK.
It's just like children.
Often a child will misbehave repeatedly, simply to get a larger share of their parent's ATTENTION.
Even when they are severely punished.
Meanwhile, the "good kid" gets nearly zero "mentions".
THE CORPORATE MOBSTERS SHOULD BE PAYING US TO EXPERIENCE THEIR PROPAGANDA.
