Personally I think there's no way for Russia to concede defeat without humiliating themselves.
But yeah it does look like Russia is going to push this conflict all the way to it's breaking point.
However I think that China is just waiting in the wings and it's about ready to steal the Siberian gas fields as soon as Russia cannot fight back and protect its interests...
