This sounds like "eminent domain" ** and "civil asset forfeiture" ** which are "features" of "capitalist" ("corporatist") "societies" and NOT exclusively "communist" practices.
Those are not 'Capitalist'. You liken it to 'Corporatist', which is odd. Corporatist is far, far more like Fascism.

I am not concerned with 'Labels', even if you bring forth 100 of them.
What we have in the usa is not in any way a shining example of "Capitalism". You'd be much more accurate with the corporatist label for the usa. HOwever it is quickly sliding into communism. All that is needed is for a Communist entity to continue to destroy society along with a nice plannedemic, and perhaps a good scandal for the beloved current figurehead in chief..
