White Americans vs Red Americans has nothing to do with 'skin' color.
It is reference to my link, regarding the Bolshevik Revolution.
The "White Russian" army mustered to combat the bolshevik takeover of what was known as the "Red Army" or the "Red Russians". The 'white' was in reference to 'Good/God'. It was Atheists vs Christians.
Nonetheless, many people evaluate nonhuman organisms according to human anatomy and physiology and mistakenly conclude that humans are the ultimate product, even goal, of evolution.
That attitude probably stems from the tendency of humans to think anthropocentrically, but the scholarship of natural theology, which was prominent in 18th-and 19th-century England, codified it even before Lamarck defined biology in the modern sense.
Unfortunately, anthropocentric thinking is at the root of many common misconceptions in biology.
I'm not sure what any of that has to do with my point though, other than Communists think that they ARE the center of the universe.
